Not looked at it for a good few months, but it's not as bad as it was 15 years ago. But that still doesn't mean it's good.Some boards are not for the faint-hearted but 4Chan's certainly not as bad as its reputation makes out. IMO /b lost its bite a long time ago.
Yeah, they realistically know that US courts will never uphold any fines or restrictions on US sites, so they'll just block them.I think they know they'll get nowhere with fines etc. But this act is a way to force all companies in the UK to block a site so they're going through these steps to get it blacklisted.
