It's not something she's ever going to wear so basically a pointless purchase, photo, fake post about body confidence on the gram and then return. Rinse + repeat

Todays dress is possibly the most awful I’ve ever seen on a 40 odd year old woman, even if you’ve got the figure for it. Embarrassingly inappropriate. Then I noticed that pretty much every comment on the post is by another 40 something Insta hun. Do brands seriously not check this stuff?
She looks bloody awful. And the only engagement she ever gets is from fellow Insta huns.

It must be lovely to go through life not having to pay your way...they all make me sick.

She is probably a nice person in real life, but I don't find her suited to Instagram at all, she seems out of her depth. Here's why, eg clubforty.claire, she gives advice on things like how to dress for your shape, hiding the bits you're self concious about, colours that go together.. Nikki is obviously anxious about her tummy area and yet she posts wearing tight trousers with a shirt tucked in that does nothing but add bulk to the tummy and draw attention to it with a 'love these trousers' caption plus affiliate link. In reality, no, they don't look good, they look awful and no, I don't want to look the same by buying a pair via your link.

She has a similar figure to zillions of women of her age. Enviable to many, many people too. The underwear post doesn't bother me at all but that underwear doesn't look at all comfortable, it's really eating in to her.

Agreed - these body positive posts don't really work if what you're trying to sell is really ill-fitting. You don't look awful because of your body, you look awful because you've chosen clothes which are too small.

Ugh, on the beg now for free eyelashes. Absolute grifting joke this one
there is a beauty therapist literally five mins down the road, why does she need one to go to the house? And why does she need to ask, she must know it’s there… oh sure, so she doesn’t have to pay..

She’s had her lashes done and topped up this week. And done a dress real.

Her lashes are way too much - they are incredibly unnatural looking and remind me of a dairy cow (and I say this as someone also in their 40’s - hi Nikki). You can probably get away with them in your 20’s but in your 40’s they look ridiculous and draw attention to the lines we all get as we age.

As for the dresses, stop with the puffy sleeves and weird hemlines. They don’t suit you and make you look more dumpy than you are. I get that it’s hard to dress in your 40’s - the things you loved pre peri menopause don’t fit properly but you don’t want to wear old lady clothes. You can find a balance (if you’re not selling your soul for ads). I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. She’s either totally lost her way or just sold out. Either way, what a sad way to live.

P.S. Nikki, this isn’t trolling - if you put yourself out there on the internet you should expect to be critiqued, and it’s there forever, so your child’s peers will probably see pictures of you in ill fitting pants. Ace parenting!

I feel sorry for her in that swimsuit, it's just so unflattering. And that short tablecloth dress she's just posted, it's like, when she's working with a brand and can go though the range choosing items, she just seems to go for the most inappropriate things possible, and yet her audience are supposed to take fashion advice from someone who clearly has no clue how to dress herself or what suits her own shape.
