My friend is also pregnant so any nice thoughtful presents?
Depends what your budget is and how well you know them. Personally I really like gifting a nice photo frame with a photo in it as so many people have them on their phones but don’t print them out. You could put in a photo of you together. You could also get it engraved for not a huge amount of £.

I bought my close friends jewellery for their 30th birthdays but I think you need to know someone quite well as it’s quite a personal taste thing.

If you’re struggling for inspiration I find notonthehighstreet is a great site to browse.

What are their interests? And what's your budget?

If they like afternoon tea then either a voucher for tea for two would be nice or Fortnum and Mason do some gift boxes with tea, biscuits and jam etc.

I agree with @HoGi a voucher for an afternoon tea, or even a spa / beauty treatment (if they're into that sort of thing) would be nice. Maybe a pregnancy massage even?

Alternatively you could make them a little hamper? If I'm struggling for ideas I sometimes prefer to make a little hamper for someone, I made one for a friend recently with face masks, skincare (that I know she uses), bath bombs, her fav chocolates and a nice candle

That raises another question to consider - do you want to give them a keepsake or something practical that they’ll use. Or would an ‘experience’ gift be more what you’re looking for.

You're welcome.

I love afternoon tea too. Me and my best mate bought each other vouchers for tea at The Ritz and Claridges for our 30ths, but obviously they are £££

I also have received a F&M tea box and it was lovely! Tea, biccies and a nice jam all on a gift box. So you can get amazing tea themed gifts are both ends of the spectrum

Another vote for afternoon tea. My friend recently took me as a surprise for my 30th birthday and I’m also pregnant! We went to sketch and they even had non alcoholic fizz which was a nice touch

Depends on budgets but

- afternoon tea is a really nice treat
- spa day
- girls weekend away
- posh perfume
- designer card holder / purse
- Bloom & Wild monthly subscription
- make your own hamper
- Fortnum & Mason hamper
- posh PJs
- jewellery
- personalised phone case with initials (you can get nice leather ones on Etsy/not on the high st)
- gift card to their fave salon (if you really can’t think of anything!)
