On the lower steps it's not recommended. Just gotta plough through and then step up where it's a bit more givingJust wondering is it possible to do the diet mon-fri step 2, then sat and sun eat normal within reason? or will that not give results

It’s because I enjoy exercise and the gym but I literally have no energy when on step 2 (I’m on the 3 products and 200 cal meal) and I wouldn’t exercise without a good mealOn the lower steps it's not recommended. Just gotta plough through and then step up where it's a bit more giving
You shouldn't be allowed to do step 2 or below if you exercise and go to the gym. It's dangerous. Any consultant saying otherwise needs reporting. It’s because I enjoy exercise and the gym but I literally have no energy when on step 2 (I’m on the 3 products and 200 cal meal) and I wouldn’t exercise without a good meal
I’d say step 4 or above too for exercise/gym. You’ll still lose weight on a higher step xYou shouldn't be allowed to do step 2 or below if you exercise and go to the gym. It's dangerous. Any consultant saying otherwise needs reporting.
Step 3 at the absolute minimum but I'd say 4+ personally (I did consultant training too)
I did start on S3 personally but quickly moved upto 4...I’d say step 4 or above too for exercise/gym. You’ll still lose weight on a higher step x
I did Product for B & L then my snack. Sometimes would have a 200 calorie noodle pot at lunch then a 400 calorie dinnerWhat kind of breakfast lunch and dinner can you have on step 3? Is it 200 calorie for each?
You can use the calories as you like so either 2x products and then a 600 calorie meal or you can split it and have 200 calories of food for lunch and the rest later. It’s really confusing at first but once you get it youll be flying. It’s a really good step xWhat kind of breakfast lunch and dinner can you have on step 3? Is it 200 calorie for each?
I'm on step 2 and have been for a while and I'm really struggling. Especially with weekends and social stuff, I know it will work if I stick to it but it's so hard.I know this is a quiet board but hoping some people are around still!
I'm on day 5, starving but sticking to it. Um is it 'normal' to have um green![]()
I know that feeling, my husband is horrified I'm on the diet and just keeps telling me to eat something too.I'm on step 1 and I'm so witchy, it's not good for my family! My husband is telling me to eat something![]()
I 100% agree with this, it is hard but as soon as you get those first week/s weigh ins done and see the results it’ll spur you on. Just get it done, otherwise you’ve got to start again (I’m speaking from experience) do it right, step up properly & you’ll never have to do it again. Good luck xAll I can say advice wise is....
Remember this is just a step. It's not forever. You'll be back to normal foods once you've stepped up.
Just smash this tougher part now, step up properly ans good luck![]()
I had the other issue with itThank you, so is the greena normal side effect
. Came very close to caving last night but stuck to it!
I don't have a consultant at the mo as using up products from when I half did it last yearI had the other issue with itmay be worth asking consultant as they have access to the 1:1 medical folk they can ask if needed (and I can imagine they've had all manner of queries!)
Ahhh lol tbf there are usually a fair few on IG you could possibly ask? Even if you have to white lie and say can't get hold of consultant at the moment?I don't have a consultant at the mo as using up products from when I half did it last year![]()
