I used to be a loyal follower of HOW, in 2019 she ran a competition on her insta and I won it! Followed the instructions and sent my details, her assistant emailed back advising all good and that she had sent my details to the company to send the prize (I assume, because they all need one apparently
).
I was so excited to win this, it was going to be put away to give to my eldest for Christmas as we had recently had our 2nd child and money was super tight.
Any who weeks went by and I've received nothing, meanwhile shes living it up at Disneyworld and going to the premier of Toy Story 4... I eventually message her and for months it's a string of excuses "she's looking into it, she hasn't heard back, she'd have to buy one herself and didn't have the money (yeah ok Olivia) etc. Eventually I let it go because I wasn't going to give her any more energy than I already had and I unfollowed her that day.
Even to this day I'm still so angry and frustrated by what happened, makes me wonder if anyone actually ever gets a prize they "win" from her.

HOW had a falling out with Mel Watts because Mel supported Steph Phase with a diary or journal product that used the SAME font as HOW’s printable financial tips. A font neither of them invented and EVERYBODY uses. They were both invited to the launch of Kyrees Christmas gift guide and Mel was ignored, belittled and bullied by a very drunk Olivia. Really showed her true colours. She had to re make friends with Mel when Country Cubbies asked them to re-collaborate on a project.
She also dipped her toe in the podcast pool doing a series interviewing influencers. Yaaaawn -The only one that was any good was Annie Nolans and I’m guessing the one with Emmylou wasn’t fruitful because neither of them followed each other soon after.
she had the most hilarious meltdown after people called her out for importing cheap Alibaba glasses which 100% paid for her plastic surgery. Which was done by a doctor so dodgy he has been struck off. You can hear about the meltdown on outspoken the podcast. Because they called her out she stood in solidarity with Scummy Cachia when they called her out even though they aren’t friends
She is rude, passive aggressive and a spoilt brat.
She also enjoys sharing “funny” memes like the one about throwing your annoying kid off the nearest bridge (anyone remember Darcy Freeman?)

Olivia having a massive whinge about the person in the queue at Myer talking too much at the checkout, saying the person didn’t “take a hint” that Olivia was getting impatient and wanting to buy her items. She could be neurodivergent? She could have an intellectual disability? She could be unbelievably lonely, or grieving, and that moment of connection with the cashier could be the only human contact she has all week? I am so sick of this it’s people’s own self loathing or it’s a projection or whatever… no it fucking is not. Sometimes people need to be called out. When you live your life online and notch up some questionable decisions for which YOU post, and you have a history of rubbish behaviour, you will cop criticism. Rightfully or wrongfully, and no it’s not because everyone is a jealous bitch. If you live life thinking anyone who criticises you, hates themselves, you’re a fucking idiot. I can’t wait until you have to get a real job and be subject to performance reviews. This one also whinged about brands being annoyed about briefs or content… all you do is look in a mirror all day and CONSUME. No wonder all you do is shop. You’re deeply bored and unfulfilled. Flogging any piece of shit coming your way on a platform you don’t own or have any rights to - is not creative control or fulfilment. You’re a basic version of a shopping lady on TV. This is what feels so odd to me about it all. Take Em Rusciano for instance. She’s always been quirky, full of personality and intense, I wasn’t surprised when she revealed her diagnosis and I didn’t notice a big change when she did, perhaps a bit of honesty and less shame around chatting about her challenges which is awesome for awareness and support of the ND community. Just before Olivia revealed she was “spicy” her entire persona changed. This also happened at the same time it was trendy to be revealing this info, it got you engagement and sometimes a DM article or woman’s day interview. She’s used it to land big $$ sponno deals for her ND daughter too. It all feels to curated for me. I don’t feel it’s genuine. Maybe she is quite mildly on the spectrum and jazzes it up for attention. Who am I to say? But I don’t buy it to be honest…what I remember from how she used to be is so wildly different. It doesn’t add up at all

I always get so jealous and annoyed when I see shit like this. Because we work hard and still can’t afford these luxuries at the moment. And these influencers (who make enough money as it is doing paid/sponsored ads) get these epic trips for free. But I truely feel like her life is meaningless. She is never happy unless she is on a holiday or purchasing things. This isn’t real life for 99.9% of the population. We are able to get joy from the small every day moments, something I’m sure she isn’t capable of. Life won’t be like this for her forever, and when it ends she will be a miserable woman. The fact she has to spruce some ‘epic giveaways’ on her post for engagement is just sad. Karma is a bitch, and although she’s always holidaying and seems to live the life, she was also cursed with terrible skin, small beady hooded eyes & just an ugly face in general. Sorry now I’m just being pettyFuck this. Free trip to Hong Kong now
