So many harsh comments, I personally believe we should clap at 8pm tonight for Katie and sue the front liners. It’s clear what happened, Katie couldn’t fly home because I imagine the local hospital needed them to work shifts, spray tanning patients who are very sick. Little bit of compassion guys, after a 12 hour front line shift are we really going to judge them for going out/gym ?

I don’t follow Katie, but I know of her because I used to follow Sue. Does anyone remember when Sue had her “Dublin” masterclass that was actually in Kildare? Sue let Katie manage her social media for the day, even though she was only about 14, and when people started commenting that Kildare isn’t in Dublin Katie got really upset and Sue ranted and screamed at everyone for upsetting her. Good times.

I actually can't believe Katie has just shared a photo of her little cousins grave. It just doesn't seem right, the little child is barely cold in the grave and she's uploading a photo of it to the gram. I just find it very distasteful to share such a private thing with 60k strangers. Even with the mothers consent, it's just such a strange thing to do.

I agree that grief looks differently for everyone. Going to Marbella could be Katie's way of dealing with such a tragedy. But it is extremely insensitive and in bad taste to be plastering it all over IG. It shows her youth and her completely spoilt approach to life. Would the world really care that we don't see Katie in a bikini? Would her IG following complain? Put up a post saying you're taking time off. Come back on after hols. But then how could she get so many and 'beauty' comments? Can an IG hun (refuse to use the word influencer with this one, as she most definitely is NOT) go on holidays without posting about it. Is it even a holiday if the gram doesn't see it?! Just shows what a fucked up world they inhabit. She is a completely spoilt, entitled child.

She’ll one on any minute now “being honest with her followers” . In fairness it’s been a stressful year. She didn’t settle when she had to move down the road with her parents. Not to mention when her dress was too short when she was doing her essential work in Portugal. And then there was the horror of trying to sort her car insurance for her free car. Let’s hope things start to look up for her soon.

FFS. She went to Portugal to visit herr sister in her amazing villa. Escaping rain Ireland in May. Most of us would do the same if we could. But don't insult us by telling us that it was because you are 'an essential worker'. She did everything she should, tests, will quarantine on the way back etc. And I'm sure that they will take some snaps for DG. But is really 'essential' that those snaps are done now? And are there not any Portugese models ? (not that Katie is a model, but ya know). Lets' be honest, she's no Cindy Crawford (or whoever the modern day equivalent is!). The patronising speech, about being honest to her followers, she's an essential worker, showed her letter to the guards, wouldn't have been allowed travel if she wasn't doing essential work. IT'S FAKE FUCKING TAN. IT'S NOT ESSENTIAL. I think Katie needs to get a dictionary.

Someone put up a comment on her post saying that everyone has the same chances in life, it’s how you use them……don’t agree at all. Katie would not be able to fly to Ibiza 2 days after coming home from Marbella if she had to work. She gets all the handouts from her sis and would have zero following if it wasn’t for Sue

I'm pretty sure it has been said a good few times, Both on this thread and So Poo's, that it isn't the going away that is the problem. It's the treating of followers as if they're idiots. We all agree that Sue's villa is amazing. Katie said she took all the necessary precautions. Grand. Some people would still bitch, but don't they always. But for Katie to come on and tell us that she is always honest with her followers, that she is an essential worker, otherwise she couldn't have traveled...that's why everyone is fuming. Treating everyone like idiots.

Unfollowed her yesterday as just can't be dealing with the bullshit. Actually unfollowed a bunch of IG huns who have nothing to offer, and my feed is a lot better. Recommend it! Katie can only be an IG hun if she has followers, and I could handle the shite content and the terrible clothes haul, but after this Portugal essential worker crap, it's insulting. She's what, 21 or 22, and already has a hugely inflated sense of worth. All because she';s Sue's sister. Nothing to do with anything she has actually done herself.
