Noticed this thread on trending last night so thought i'd join as this guy/company appears on my Twitter feed frequently. I once saw a poll and it was something like "trolls are trying to shut my business down and i'm sick of it, shall I just give in and stop fitting free boilers" and I was like wtf seemed an extremely childish and weird thing to do. But after reading through this thread, it seems that would be a normal thing for him to do haha

This is what I’ve wanted to ask for days but the situation is so messed up and nonsensical I couldn’t articulate it. Why would anyone take £70k from a ‘charitable’ business for something completely unrelated to donations and pay it back in minimal instalments and think it makes good business sense! It hurts my head.
