So if anyone wants to check older threads, she was in Seychelles(?) last year this time too. And I feel like I made this post before: what we won’t see from Aija at the holidays.

A beautifully decorated home and tree of her own

Any extravagant gifts from her Average Joe

Preparation of amazing meals at home: this is to be expected as she never shows her day-to-day meals either.

In case any readers forgot, Anna Bey is homeless. Going to keep emphasizing this because she has not in 3 years (going on 4) ever shown her home. She has used hotels, the bank’s lounge, and a rented office in a low-income building, but again: SHE DOES NOT HAVE A HOME that’s why this holiday season she cannot show you one, my dear readers.

Let's be careful of taking advice from someone who is jealous of people with a loving and secure family unit. She gives advice to sabotage you. If you show up at your boyfriend's family dinner in a nun outfit while everyone else is in an ugly sweater, no one will be impressed.

So basically Anna’s just living for the appearances, because it’s way easier than to actually work and get something for herself, both professionally and personally.

Looking at her overly done face, extremely damaged hair and awful looks I can say that she managed to fail in this too… Way to go, elegance expert! 👏🏻 “You had one job…” 😂😂

On a way more interesting and personal topic

Not only I’m having a great time reading your posts, my dears, but the confidence in myself is increasing every time someone points out her choices in life and in fashion. And you are helping me with this.

I never thought of myself as someone fashionable, but I can see that the basics learned from my mom (and now from all of your great tips too!) are more than enough to make me look great in any situation.

Besides, I have my career, which made me live abroad (it’s a big deal in my family, I’m the first one to travel outside Brazil!), some money saved, a plan to buy my place someday next year (wish me luck!), and a family, partner and friends that care about me. I’m way more affluent than she will ever dream of!

Thanks for making my days better! Believe or not, you all have a special place in my heart 💙

The ignorance of this woman in terms of "high caliber" men is once again blatant. Her "science" of their taste regarding cars is based only on the desire of Arabian men and suburbs drug dealers. That's why she has no idea of Aston Martin and Jaguar. She betrays herself once again. Clearly she never met a man owning an Aston Martin even as an escort, she would have known by now what a high caliber man looks like.

Hello ladies!
First of all I want to send out a massive thank you to all of you who have been investigating, researching and putting together your information, your knowledge and your experience. 💕 I cannot thank you enough - especially on the fact that these threads have been so fun to read. Quel plaisir! I have been a quiet reader for about a month, and - wow! - what a journey!
Where I come from? I am a Swiss, upper middle-class girl who was raised in different countries in private schools, speaks a few languages fluently (have studied quite a few, really!), has university degrees, happy with her body, skin & hair, and is in a super happy relationship with a lovingly caring, well-educated, successful & handsome young man. I am surely not the typical "prey" woman (discussed in these many threads) targeted by Aija Räty/Anna Bey. Nevertheless I was just about to sign to her course aNyWaYz until my gut became so loud I couldn't ignore it anymore. But, how come...?

The first time I came across this woman Aija Räty/Anna Bey was after watching some random videos about what to wear in fall, as I had just bought a few new things. One of the videos was by Shea Whitney, and AR/AB's video just started on autoplay right after finished watching Shea's. It was this video, where AR/AB speaks about "10 Things Elegant Ladies NEVER Wear In Fall". I found Anna Bey/Aija Räty made some interesting points I had never considered, and was willing to learn more about her. However, my first impression on her strong accent was "Oh, another Russian influencer" rolling my eyes (because usually they all talk the same stuff), and was about to click away. But then she mentioned her Swedish background, and I continued listening. I found it weird though that she absolutely didn't sound Swedish in any way. Furthermore, I couldn't take my eyes of those insanely inflated lips topped with waaay to much lip gloss. I was wondering, because at some point she stated that elegant ladies are "never too much". How come she would not see the thing with those lips?
After watching 2-3 videos where I wondered about some "incongruencies", I got caught in that "workshop" of her, showing off beautiful landscapes, stylish pics of how she dwelled at some beach resort, and more things, and I really thought about buying her course for $1K for a moment. That was when my gut became loud. It's not that I needed any advice on refinement, etiquette, or even career & finances - I bet I could give HER more advice on that -, but somehow I longed for a more upleveled life at this point. I guess, the pandemic had its effects on my life too...
Trying to being sound minded, I gave in to my gut's alarm signals and started doing my research. What can I say other than thanks, Tattle ladies!!!

Tattle ladies' bouquet...
Thank you :)

Special thanks to @Bastine de Beaumanoir, @laurensanchez, @eigenwijs, @cherry cherry and so on for being the icing on the cake!

Something that made me super sceptical was that she never mentioned her supposed home (Sweden), nor missing her home country (I live abroad, I miss Switzerland...), never speaking about anything related to her roots, even though talking her Swedish background. This absolutely didn't fit the accent. I am quite educated in languages, that was why I was constantly irritated. Also, she always talked about not being to much is elegant... But what about those huge amounts of fillers, those lips as mentioned, and wearing that Cartier bracelet despite having made fun of women wearing this.
After finding the Tattle Truth about AR/AB, I went through all the material in the dossier. I am happy I didn't spend my money, it would have been such a waste! I remember reading a passage of her Amazon Book "How to be classy", where she wrote - quote: " The common misconception of appearing of a high standard is that you must look very expensive. You will often see a middle-class woman with a Rolex watch on her wrist, one or several “Love” Cartier bracelets, diamonds (maybe a massive engagement ring and a bracelet) and if there is space something from the brand “Van cleef and arpels.”" What is she now wearing instead of her Cartier bracelet? Right, a VCA one... 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️

Other contradictory things... Elegant ladies never wear metallics (Oh, what about those Gianvito Rossi Portofino 20 leather sandals she showed in her Ikea closet...?), never wear miniskirts (Was that a miniskirt in her latest video, outfit #3 as posted here in thread #29?), using sneakers is not eLeGhHhHaNt... This woman is a joke and needs to be exposed. I am sharing all the info and Tattle links with all people I know, even if I am not that active on social media in general, nor do I follow any kind of influencer whatsoever. Ok, I do follow one, but she posts challenging workouts... ;)

Anna, if you lie about brands please, at least, don’t make a fool of yourself
By the way... If you search on the brand's website, you'll find a picture of AR/AB's outfit from JSB: Monaveen London Sophie Wool Cashmere Coat

Cheers!

Geneva insights of the day, my ladies. Sorry to not join you on the fashion topic, I am a radical minimalist so I have nothing to say but I'm reading you with great pleasure (I had also my fashion years ;))

Today I have investigated a little bit about Carl Buchalet. "Investigate" is a big word, everything is public. Well, ladies.... As much as I would like to prevent naive girls from Anna's scaming, I can't be insensitive about what's going on with Anna herself and her "business" (from what I discovered). As @Cocochaneln1 (come back, we miss you) used to say : when you know, you know. So, please ladies, let me adress a message directly to Anna.

Girl, I could be your worst nightmare but I am a woman first of all. Get out of this trap as quicly as possible! They are using you, both of them, you will be left with nothing. I bet C. is the one who told you to get "married" in january. This astrological crap with which you smoke us was to explain the fact that tax forms must be completed before January 31 to obtain the "barème B". Carl's profile and activities do not bring good luck, read between the lines.

Anna teaching women they don't need careers is a dangerous game. Even in a "normal" relationship you can't guarantee a man won't walk out on you, won't lose his job or become ill or disabled or die. With a transactional relationship you know from the outset that you are disposable. Why the hell would you NOT want to have your own money coming in?

THIS POST IS FOR PEOPLE WHO PAID FOR THE SECRETS OF THE ELITE WOMAN COURSE AND WANT TO GET A REFUND

Everyone suffers lapses in common sense. Do not feel bad. 10 elegant steps to getting your money back from this awful scam.

  1. (OPTIONAL) Phone a friend (possibly in tears feeling ashamed and stupid) (your close friends and support network will be more compassionate and easy on you than yourself).
  2. STOP ACCESSING COURSE CONTENT
    • Stop using any content (otherwise the appeal will you used the course content and just don’t want to pay).
    • Do not download content, if you haven’t already done so, e.g. handouts (someone on one of these threads said they will say you shared content which is against TOU)
    • Keep an eye on the student forum but seeing as sharing content is breaking TOU and also many people on the course are still delusional and happy, and TOU imply no negatively, I’m not sure how useful the student forum will be in this instance.
  3. Gather your evidence (largely thanks to Tattle Life!). You may not wish to use all this evidence in the first instance of contacting the course but having it on hand for any appeal they may make will be useful – you can give it to your bank etc.
    • Evidence 1 –At the end of the free workshop, there are testimonials that may have been the reason you signed up, including ‘Patrizia from the UK’ who looks like her levelling up experience had helped her transform into the woman you want to be. If you look back at Tattle threads you will see that the image used for Patrizia is actually from a Guatamalen ballet shoe company. There are also stock images used for facebook profiles of some of the admin team e.g.Victoria SOA (again, look back through the Anna Bey threads). This is clear evidence of fraud
    • Evidence 2 – There are some other forums/threads e.g. Reddit where you can find people who, even though they aren’t being particularly negative, say the course is just the same as her videos, which contradicts the sales spiel that the course is different. Clear evidence of fraud.
    • Evidence 3 – On the same forums/threads you can find reviews (not many – someone on here pointed out they are removed quickly) saying the course isn’t worth it. This cannot be used in a Fraud action but can be used if it moves to the disputes stage (see point 6).
    • Evidence 4 – She advertises her own unique formula but all the content and concepts are rehashed from other books (you can use examples). She openly talks about The Secret so you can’t really use that one. Fraud.
    • Evidence 5 – The fake YouTube post about reaching 1m subscribes (there are photos etc. in one of these Tattle threads. The photos are of a supposed letter from YouTube and a YouTube plate. Fraud.
    • Evidence 6 – The article from a German newspaper saying that the course/Anna is a scammer. This is in a post by Less is More.
    • Evidence 7 – In a post on 31 October by Baustine de Beaumanoir, the poster says you can contact the Swiss Internet Security Alliance, Ministere Public (www.ibarry.ch) and she includes a postal address. You can file a complaint (can be anonymous) and this can be used by your bank in retrieving the money. You can post a report or file online.
  4. Contact the course. Before contacting your bank contact the course as your credit card/bank would advise resolving the issue with the company in the first instance.
    • The company has 15 days to reply to you (I don’t know if this is work days or general days) and if they haven’t responded to your query about the refund by then, then get back in contact with the bank and ask them to issue a charge back.
    • Keep it polite and factual (don’t give them excuse to say you are violating TOU or being rude/harassing.)
  5. Phone your Bank and asked to be put through to the Fraud Team. Don't worry about the bank not believing you or thinking you are stupid. They won't. This kind of stuff is far more common than you think and they will just be glad to help you. Explain your situation and how it was a fraud because the woman running the course isn’t who she says she is and the sales spiel says you should pay for it because it is different to the YouTube videos (which it isn’t). The person you speak to should give you an option for a ‘charge back’ which mean they charge the money back to the company and the company then has 45 days (may be different for other banks/countries) to appeal the decision. Tell the bank you have already contacted the course in the first instance and are waiting the requisite 15 days (or however long it is for that specific bank) for the course to reply. You are also gathering evidence (or have gathered evidence) of fraud .Without a lot of evidence the banks action is called a ‘Weak charge back’ but can still be issued anyway and you can then gather evidence in the event they appeal. Tell the fraud team you want them to make the notes now but you understand you need to wait until the 15 days to see if the course responds before the bank can action anything and you will contact them again on XXX date to either action or to let them know the course has responded and you have resolved the issue with them. (TBH this is my personal view to contact the bank as soon as possible, rather than wait for 15 days from contacting the course as I believe it would strengthen the case to say you first notified the bank of your concern, while waiting for a reply from the course etc.) HOWEVER, if the course doesn’t reply and refund you, and the company does appeal the bank charge back and you lose the appeal, there is another option:
  6. You can progress to the DISPUTES team at the bank who, under Section 75 (in the UK but there may be similar laws in other countries), can use information such as reviews of the course (e.g. Trust Pilot/other comment and reviews) in order to claim the money back. The fraud team cannot use reviews but the disputes team can under Section 75 https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/c...our-money-back-if-you-paid-by-card-or-paypal/
  7. Once the bank confirms they have actioned the charge back you have to wait 45 days (this is the length of time the company has to appeal). You should have a temporary credit placed in you account (so you are not getting charged interest etc.)
  8. Once 45 days has passed – Phone the bank and check no appeal has been made and that the temporary credit they have put back into your account has been made permanent.
  9. Share the good news with TattleLife! And try and spread the word to help other vulnerable people
  10. Pat yourself on the back for getting your money from a scam – elegant ladies stand up for themselves and others and do not judge lapses in common sense.

A selection of photos by Anna pretending to be something she's not.

Anna Bey pretending she was in business class. When on a flight Geneva - some destination in Europe I forgot. We found out the airline by matching the color of the seats.

First time poster here.
Anna Bey was a suggestion on my youtube feed a few months ago and I found what she was promoting extremely harmful.
I don’t buy that she is part of high society (however that is defined) especially if we are talking about „european-old-money“. It’s a very exclusive cycle and definitely not easy to enter. Education is still highly valued amongst the older generation of old money families but of course we’re talking about individuals and not a heterogenous mass so this might vary and there’s a black sheep in every family.
I’ve been to university with students from rich (and not-so-rich-anymore) old money families (because my university is quite known for being popular amongst old money) and not a single one of them behaved like Anna in any way. Most of them were quite normal people trying to figure out what to do with their lives. (of course a few snobs are always around but that’s definitely not the norm).
I come from an upper middle class family and we are not part of high society nor was I raised to pretend I was part of it but my hobbies and interests come close to what Anna considers to be elegant hobbies so I find it kind of strange that everything she does (riding, interest in art etc.) is halfway done. I don’t see a reason for her not to own a horse ( almost all stables at least in Germany, Austria and Switzerland offer an all-inclusive service and even people who gymnasticate the horses if you’re not around or if you don’t have the knowledge/skills to do so properly). I see that it is expensive but if you are part of high society and upper class that shouldn’t be a big deal financially.
The second thing I found utterly confusing is her blog. I’m neither a native english speaker nor am I talented in writing so I can’t really criticize anyone when it comes to the english language but everything on this blog makes me cringe. The pictures used are not only bad quality but also scream cheap. Not to mention the content. It totally contradicts everything she says in her videos to an extend that it’s almost funny. I don’t understand why she agrees to publish these blog posts as they harm her brand even more than her videos and her persona do.
What I also find highly problematic is her lack of education and that she doesn’t seem to have an issue with it. There are very interesting studies on leveling up and education was a very important factor that made the difference between generations of poverty/wealth. Leveling up is difficult and I think what she is selling is not only nonsense but can also be very harmful to vulnerable women from poorer countries. Another thing that doesn't make sense to me is the lack of french or german spekaing skills.
Her approach is also very Eurocentric and it doesn’t really make sense to promote this to an international audience as the European high society is, from what I know, not the most tolerant one.
My mother grew up in Genève and she still has friends and family there and some of them might be considered "upper class" and the imagination of them hanging out with Anna is just ridiculous. I can't put my finger on what it is but something about Anna just screams gold digger.

A brief digression on the Arab topic:
I’m very interested in the middle east and middle eastern cultures and there definitely isn’t a one size fits all approach to understanding the values, the culture etc. of the Near and middle east. Especially when it comes to the gulf states the differences couldn’t be bigger within the society. There are certain „family/clan names“ that might already be an indicator of education and background. To compare a christian men from Libnan to Saudi/Kuwaiti or Qatari men on a cultural level is just ignorant and doesn’t do justice to these rich and beautiful cultures but of course I understand the point where you guys are coming from.

I read everything since thread 15 and I really enjoy when the discussion is light, funny and with many contributors. Honnestly I am here to entertain myself with jokes about Anna. So i am very happy that the person that talks about herself at the third person, create false allegations with weather conditions and put a FBI ambiance here is gone. Let’s have fun again. I read everything and I did not get the « « follow the money » thing.

Bastine seemed 100% honest and upfront to me (maybe communicated in a more serious tone because I think she knows WAYYYYYY more than any of us do about Anna). I have ZERO evidence to doubt her. LOVED her contributions and hope she comes back.

The ‘follow the money’ gal is a whole different story (the Anna belt lady). I appreciate some of her posts but somehow quickly did a 180 when people didn’t embrace the very lengthy posts about politics & religion, etc.

I think the less we focus on others and the more we focus on Anna, the easier and more interesting the thread becomes. Who cares if someone says something that offends you, skip it. Sometimes people just like to get attention or don’t know how to practice good Tattle etiquette.

If we all just stay hyper focused on ANNA BEY and go after her relentlessly (in our own individual style), I think it’ll be a more welcoming platform especially for newbies that are tempted to jump in. 😊✌👯‍♀️

Don't excite me @laurensanchez on the fashion topic, don't excite me, I could be an endless chatterbox :)
It's true, I am not impressed anymore with "luxury brands" for many reasons (the one you mentioned, of course) and because, for most of them, I know the manufacturing process and they are kind of fraudulent (the Made in France is not really Made in France, things like that).
If girls here want to know what an affluent women wear on a day to day basis in Geneva or in the 16e arrondissement of Paris (this is were the haute-bourgeoisie is concentrated ; wealthy people are more in the 8e arrondisement), they will be surprised. It's a mix of supermarket brands like Monoprix/Coop + local stores for linen/cotton/cashemere + timeless models (Hugo Boss + Lacoste) + high value accessories (Hermes and Dior scarfs). Everybody likes Max Mara and Ralph Lauren.
The fortune of a woman is visible only during the big events. There you have the sumptuous creations of X, Y, Z and spectacular jewlery. Jewels are inherited and this is a point where old money people wish to distinguish themselves from nouveaux riches. Inherited = having a pedigree.
When they actually buy jewlery, the good taste in Geneva is to go to Gübelin, not Cartier. In Paris is Chaumet (by the way, when in Paris, go Place Vendôme to vist the museum of tiaras in the private mansion own by Chaumet, it's open for everyone but nobody knows - futur trip for AB, I guess). I am giving tendencies here, there are others, of course. Cartier, in this world, is mostly for watches (I keep my mouth shut about the models).
The bag : Longchamp or Lancel more than Birkin and Kelly. Usually they have at least one Hermes bag but they seem to not care about.
The brands of shoes that litteraly every woman has in thoses places are Geox and Chanel, the classic beige with black end model (a good imitation is made by JONAK for 100 euros). Why this escarpin was made by Chanel and why it's timeless? Because, before Chanel, women who were driving had always the end of the shoe dirty. Coco Chanel, the most practical woman on Earth, has found the solution and put it in black. Beside it goes with all the outfits of a wardrobe. It's the quintessential of the "minimalistic" shoe, the minimalistic credo being "it has to go with at least 3 pieces of my wardrobe".
Scarfs : there is no joke here. Scarfs must be of the highest quality. I advised you to start a collection of cashemere sweaters and I advise you also to go for the scarfs, if you have some money to spend on luxury goods. They can turn a common outfit into a piece of art of elegance. You have to possess two types of scarfs : the silk one (at least 50X50) and the fine cashemere one (at least 90X90). Second-hand boutiques are full of them. Why every refined woman wears a scarf apart for the elegance? Because you must put a scarf between the skin of your neck and the colar of you coat/jacket, in this way you protect the collar of heaving a yellow line unreacoverable by the dry cleaner. Everybody knows what I am saying, this is not a question of cleanliness/not cleanliness, it's the fatal destiny...

Tip from Bastine for the bags.
When in Paris, go in the general leather stores (like the one on the rue de Rivoli, in front of the Louvre) and ask for previous models from Pourchet. This is a 100% made in France and known only by the haute-bourgeoisie. The bags are scattered nowadays between several leather stores in Paris. By previous, I mean from the 2000s or 2010s, for exemple, I am not talking about second hand. This is the secret brand to know, girls, if you want to make impression on a wealthy men. It's no more than 70 euros for previous models. I had the Hilton Connico in black/chocolat, this was a dream of a bag, for travel, work, town, etc. (unfortunately one day my cat took it for his litter), I had also the one with the Madison canevas.
They have a new line, of course, the store is Place de Voges, but I don't find it very good recently.
Here is a link with the page presenting previous designs.

Good morning, ladies! Here's another lurker since thread 17 (if memory serves me right).

I found Anna Bey by chance when I was scrolling through Instagram Stories and she caught my eye with her contents about "elegance".
Since I am interested in self-development, I decided to give her a try. However, I started to notice something weird just by looking and watching her videos on YouTube, especially with her accent, which sounded pretty Russian/Eastern European for a person from Scandinavia 🤔.

When I found her website, I looked for what sold (because let's face it, these days, every man and his dog is selling online) and found her course, which I found a bit too expensive. 1000$ for that advice? That's ridiculous!
Apart from that, I also joined her webinar in order to launch her A-List app. That was the moment when I started to be really suspicious of her and her business. Luckily, I followed my instinct and did my research about her, finding Tattle and your threads.

I'd love to thank you for the amazing work you're doing and the great content you provide for free. With all the knowledge you have, you could really create your own course (or courses). Believe it or not, you're saving lives, time and money with your efforts.

It means she had the time to do the photoshoot in the morning, it means that right now her face is plastered in the video data bank of every police station in France and transmitted to Interpol! Why? Because this pinhead was there in the morning of the robbery making stupid photos! And do you know what event always takes place before a robbery? A photoshoot! Thieves act like they were tourists or etc., taking pictures in order to identify the places or for live transmission for their complices for they can see if they can do the robbery.
Catch me if you can, Tattle...
For my next dissapearing act, I won't post as much on IG, instead, I'll mysteriously arrive in London (once these fine gentlemen in uniform conclude their interviews about my extravagant photoshoot).
