I don’t think she has a chin implant or fillers in the chin/jaw area. She has just had lipo on her imaginary double chin, and I think she gets masseter Botox as well.

It’s recommended (by injectors) as something that will improve definition and sharpen features so there’s no way she won’t have tried that. That photo looks like she has filler also
I have to say that seeing her on her story she’s just put on, you can definitely see a difference.
She had it in her jaw and chin at one point but not sure how long she got it for. I honestly can't see much of a difference but maybe because it's still swollen
