I forgot about that. She apparently did a 'dont panic button' campaign for them back in 2014 and I remember she was talking about her anxiety in a few interviews at the time. I don't think she's done anything for them since so maybe they parted ways? Apparently she got people to donate for her 28th as well.

She said that instead of gifts/wishes she would love if people could give donate money to an extra fund Zoe opened for Mind (or something like this?). I kinda liked the idea. But in the end of the day (=vlog) she was so cheerfull und full of pride that SHE has raised (i dunno what number) so much money and THEY DID IT YAY

She needs to get some self respect.She's a 29 year old woman in a long term relationship of 6 1/2 years with a 25 year old man child who refuses to even propose to her let alone marry her. I've seen this scenario play out too many times before with couples who meet at uni,are together for 8-10 years and get into their early 30s then split up. If I was Zoe alarm bells would be ringing right now.
