I disagree completely about her being a good spokesperson on the topic, everything you've said only convinces me more so, not sure how you've reasoned that she's a good fit. It's been discussed more than enough already, imo. However, I gotta say her being on love island isn't any better a reason... idk your age etc but I can assure you no teenager is taking a love islander seriously, no matter the topic.
They might be aware of them, follow them, like them etc... but that isn't the same as really listening to them and learning from them when it concerns serious topics, her poor articulation only adds to that - everything other word is 'like'. I, personally, thinking her being on love Island is just yet another reason she won't be taken seriously on this topic.
Not sure what the rest of your comment refers to as I won't watch the documentary out of principle as any time she's mentioned it she hasn't attempted to discuss the documentary itself or tried to open up postive or educational conversation on the topic, it's all just "LOOK AT MYYYYY DOCUMENTARY WITH ME IN IT AND MY STORY! LOOK AT MY FACE IN THIS MAGAZINE! LOOK AT ME!" Typical Zara "me me me" nonsense.
I could have this wrong since I haven't watched it but she tries to call one of the people responsible for her revenge porn? I'm not sure why you would have the number for that person, let alone attempt to contact anybody who did that to you just for the sake of showing it on screen? Very immature behaviour to display really.
Eta: as for her not gelling with other girls that's simply because she's an insecure jealous girl who only befriends people who she can benefit from. Hence her having no friends outside of Sam and his circle these days. She has no interest any anybody taking attention from her.
