That is weird as duck. I have male friends that occasionally I might go for a run with, for example, but a bleeping HOLIDAY?! I have literally never met one other couple of my life who would think this was normal. Not one.

I was ready to defend this as I have a (married) male bestie and we go on long weekends together sometimes which I get is unusual for some but he is like a brother, no vibes at all. She is absolutely giddy with this Max guy, it's giving me second hand embarrassment watching. Defo weird.

So, this has been a CrAzY time for the gal but (and as her tattoo tells us so it must be true) she is
R E S I L I E N T
In fact, she is so resilient that she has managed to overcome many non existent ailments since the last thread.
Hamstring. Didn't happen
Heart murmur. Benign.
And an as yet undisclosed 'spinal injury'.
Luckily, these 'conditions' haven't stopped her doing anything that 'brings her joy'. She can still jump around and dance at day raves, dress like a 13 year old boy in jean shorts and catch numerous flights to go on unnecessary solo holidays.
As we type, she is currently on another romantic holiday with her sleazy crush, Max, while her short king stays at home to care for the cat that despises her.
She is now a swimming/ reformer pilates princess and practices standing up from a sitting position.
Recovery is HARD, OK? And recovering from a non existent condition is even harder.
Essentially, nothing has changed. Her days are still empty voids as she scratches around for things to post.
Tattoo removal. Brunch. Exercise. Smug inedible looking food. The 'Charlie the plant 🪴 ' story was a particular low.
She won't say what the 'injury' is (which is of course her right) but she needs to stop implying that it's serious and that it limits her in any way.
