What videos do you watch at night to get you relaxed and ready for bed?

Prison Break. Seen it before many years ago but starting to watch it again. I can't get enough of Wentworth Miller (turn straight please!) and Dominic too.. Mmmmm!

True crime! I actually find it relaxing, especially like tv shows like crimes that shook Britain 😂
I can have it on in the background which is what I like.

I enjoy ASMR love soft spoken, hand movement and gentle tapping videos. Two of my favourite artists are Cheryl ASMR and Just Char Asmr(her asmr channel, not the seedy channel where she constantly pushes her pornographic asmr only fans page). The sad thing is ASMR is very popular, so appears to appeal to quite a few people looking to sexualise it, to make easy money.

I watch Friends reruns if I’m trying to relax.
Same here. I actually go to sleep with it playing on my phone with the screen off. I find it massively helps with those horrible late night thoughts where everything seems worse. I’ve seen all episodes so many times I don’t get caught up in the storyline.

I watch cooking videos on YouTube. I also watch iPlayer before bed, usually catch up on EastEnders and Holby City. They have put the entire boxset of The Royle Family on there too, so I've been watching that lately. It's quite cosy to watch before bed.

I watch my favourite Anti MLM YouTuber Kiki channel. Love her! Love a good anti mlm video which exposes these cretins. She soothes me to sleep putting the world to right 😂

Another ASMR fan, although actually only one - Gibi.
I struggle to be alone with my thoughts falling asleep, so have been listening to the Harry Potter audiobooks every single night to get me to sleep for about 10 years.. I’m sure they’re all imprinted on my brain now 😂

True Crime! I spend my days with the mind numbing cocomelon or the saccharine sweet peppa pig. I need some gritty educational content to help my brain recover.
