What is the worst 'healthy' food you've ever made or tried?

Apart from the weird, bland taste and fibrous texture it was the fact that it cost it small fortune what with the medjool dates, maple syrup and cacao AND took bloody ages to make with a mountain of washing up to boot. Never again.
Yes, the little strands of potato in there was grim šŸ˜‚

One of those Deliciously Ella balls - the ā€˜chocolateā€™ one - Iā€™ve accidentally eaten paper that tasted lore chocolatey than that abomination. Disgusting.
 
A ā€œslimming worldā€ Lemon cake. Basically tasted like lemon omelette šŸ¤®

I tried the 1 week cabbage soup diet . I lasted 2 days and my husband threatened divorce .

Zoodles (zucchini noodles), they taste nothing like noodles. And not very filling at all.

Making a pizza base using ground cauliflower. So much effort and so little pay off- a waste of time! Cauliflower actually tastes rank all the time unless itā€™s in a fully leaded curryšŸ˜
