I haven’t made it yet as I couldn’t find the cottage cheese I wanted. I highly recommend the Longley version which is available at Asda. I use that on toast and then put chilli jam on it.

Definitely seek out the plain Longley version. It’s not runny and has a small curd. Also look for these chilli jams. They do mail order and free postage for £20.

I don’t know. I haven’t been to an Asda in a long while. My local delicatessen sells some of them though! Haven’t seen any bad reviews for them on either Instagram or Facebook.

We had McDonald’s. I had a fish mac with extra gherkin and cheese. Best.McDs.Ever

Yes! rice noodles, beansprouts, spring onion, coriander, Chinese mushroom, prawns, carrot, chili oil and soy dauce. I get the wrappers from the Chinese supermarket.
