Iโm making vegetarian versions of Sloppy Joes. Second picture is taken from the Budget Bytes site and the other is taken from the Vanilla And Bean site. Serving with crisps and kimchi. Will be freezing some of it.

Home roasted honey glazed smoked gammon, braised red cabbage and apple and sauteed potatoes (cooked in smoked bacon fat for flavour).
