I walked down the aisle to The One - Kodaline.
Dance with my dad = I loved her first - Heartland.
First dance song = Feels like Home - Chantal Kreviazuk.

They all still give goosebumps 💙

I walked down the aisle to the Edwina Hayes version of Feels Like Home! ♥

i'm a wedding planner and a lot of clients choose 'christina perri - a thousand years' for walking down the aisle
i like 'edith piaf - le vie en rose' for a first dance if it's an instrumental one
i also recently had a wedding with 'portuguese love theme' playing during the ceremony and loved it!

I walked in to Pachobel's Canon. We left to Chelsea Dagger by The Fratellis.

First dance was John Legend - Conversations in the Dark. Ironically, because of covid restrictions, it was not in the dark and was a bit awkward dancing in between tables in the light.

I walked down the aisle to eva Cassidy song bird and out to norah Jones come away with me and our first dance was to adele version of to make you feel my love we choose songs where the words meant something. We also had two song lyrics as readings for our ceremony

I walked down the aisle to The Imperial March from Star Wars, we went out to sign the register to One Day Like This by Elbow and we left at the end of the service to Wild Mountain Thyme, The Silencers version.

First dance was Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong and we stayed up for Islands In The Stream which the DJ played straight after ❤. Last song of the night was Loch Lomond by Runrig 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 😆.

@Tyla73 If you don’t have a last song of the wedding to Run Rig where everyone is in a circle that moves in and out, squashing then bride and groom, are you even married!

LOVE your song for walking down the aisle! Bet that gave everyone a good laugh ♥

Exactly. What Scottish big party is complete without Runrig at the end - there was no other option 😆.

I am a big Star Wars fan but I don’t think anyone who didn’t know in advance saw that coming - there was a lot of laughter, it was great. A perfect start to a very happy day 💕.
