Julie is renting or bought a 2006 model BK Savannah which is 19 years old. Most mobile home parks don’t even allow vans that old, I know mine certainly doesn’t anyway.
That mobile home on the market is only worth less than €10k.

I think it's crazy the way you have to update your mobile every few years on a site, how do people afford it! I'd love one down in Cork, we looked into it a few years ago and just couldn't afford it.

Some sites you can access all year. Some you can only go on from April to September. Depends where you go.

I know from friends you can access just no water or electricity... you pay for it. To be turned on !! Madness ... and you have to upgrade your van and sell it back to the site owner !!!! Would you be well

That was the initial concept, they would rent for the summer months and see how they got on. Most schools back open the last week of August, so around 7 weeks and then it would be back to weekends till the site closes.
