Too much work for a landscaper with no side entrance. Everything would need to be carried through the house. If they need machinery they won't be able to get it in.
It is do-able though......i had a similar situation with a rental property i have, took a while but I did get a company to do eventually. They just had to do the digging etc by hand with a lot of hauling stuff through the house. The house needed a deepclean afterwards but all good in the end. The garden would have been bigger than Sean's also.
