Mumsnnet question alert

My 13 Yr old desperately wants ticks to see Travis Scott in July in Co-op Live Arena.

I am a Co-op member so have duly signed up to the App and and associated TicketMaster a/c.

Pre-sale tickets (cheapest) are around £220 EACH (😲) . I understand that we need to be seated (bcos he’s under 15) and that he needs to be accompanied by an over 18.

1. Am I dumb to be questioning whether tickets might actually be cheaper after the pre-sale? Could we sell them on if needed?
2. I have an older 16 yr old son who would love to go with him in my place (I would obvs taxi them there and back and hang around outside), but it says that I need to accompany my 13 year old adult as it needs to be an over 18. I guess it’s strict on ID ? Any pointers?

I’m so clueless. Help is warmly invited from concert pro’s!

*edit to add,,,duck me I feel old…I’m only 44….only feels like yesterday I was off my face at Glastonbury circa 1998. 🫠🫣)*

I have nothing helpful to add. I just felt compelled to relay my shock at the cost of those tickets!!! That is wild. Concert tickets are getting totally out of hand.
