Just wondering if anyone has had a duct removal op and how you found recovery etc

Ive had all the ducts removed from my right breast I'm 6 days post op and up until now I've had no problems no real pain haven't taken any pain killers since I left hospital I'm due to finish a course of antibiotics tomorrow the original dressing the hospital put on came loose over the weekend but I managed to get in to the doctors this morning and the nurse has redressed it and given me some spares just encase she said its healing really well

Apart from feeling tired probably from the anesthetic I feel fine, I haven't had an appointment for a follow up yet and I've been signed off work for 4 weeks

This morning I've started to get a kind of fluttery/buzzy feeling in my nipple it's not constant it's on and off my husband thinks it's could be nerve damage or the insides starting to wake up and heal just wondering if anybody has any advice? I've never had surgery before so don't know what's normal any advice welcome 🤗

I’ve got no idea. Sorry but I came across your post so I just wanted to wish you good healing and a very happy outcome for your surgery. Take care x
