A couple of weeks ago I posted about a women who was using her young dying daughter as a prop for her grift. The child passed last week, and she's posted pictures of the poor kid immediately after she'd passed, pictures of someone doing her daughter's hair and makeup in the funeral home, smiling family photos around the open coffin and, to top it off, a video of her, her husband and another grifter doing a viral dance next to the coffin at the graveside. She took away her own child's dignity in the last few months of her short life, under the guise of 'spreading awareness' and 'showing the realities of death', and she's continuing to shit all over it after her death. I don't even know the kid and my blood is boiling.

Every year, these performative “we’re so sensitive and inclusive” Mother’s Day memes piss me off more and more. And now NHS Trusts are getting in on the act.

No, “women who have chosen not to be mothers” do not need to be singled out for extra love this Mother’s Day, because they’re not mothers, and they’re perfectly happy about that.

I live next to a family with three teens who were very obviously never told no once in their lives.

That kind of parenting affects so many people negatively but the parents just don't care. As long as they can say they are their kids best friend, they're happy.
Oh my this really makes my blood boil. This is why we see so many adult tantrums, mental health issues and meltdowns because once they grow up and get in the big wide world, these people think they can go through life doing what they want whenever they want and god help if they get in trouble with the law, they then have a major meltdown. I have seen this so many times now on US police bodycam footage.

I am in my 60s, I was brought up where if you misbehaved at home you would feel the wrath of your parents, if you misbehaved at school you would get the strap or the blackboard duster chucked at you. I was brought up to respect my elders, respect other people and be considerate of others needs and feelings.

If you cannot tell a toddler they are "naughty" how on earth can they ever learn right from wrong. This gentle parenting is and will cause so many issues for the next generations.

“Influencers” being livid that flights out of Dubai are cancelled …one even citing she has to get home for “events”
No consideration for the people whose lives are being irrevocably altered by war

I am on a local page in Aberdeenshire which has been hit extremely badly with snow and many people are cut off and running out of supplies etc. There has been loads of community help which is fantastic. Many people have been stuck for days now due to the volume of snow which they have not seen anything like this for over 20 years. So lots of good posts about kids clearing people's drives and paths, people walking to shops to get food for those that cannot etc.

Anyway had to laugh yesterday when someone posted "is there anyone who does nails who can drive to my home as my nails need doing"

You can imagine the replies

True.

I've finished projects that were put in the corner and the dog is getting more walks.
And for everything influencers and the media say about Tattle, I've found this by far one of the better places on the internet to actually talk to people.

Most people here are good eggs and willing to listen to the other side in a conversation, and you can even say you disagree.

Sometimes a mod has to step in but in my experience this is rare.

Not many platforms you can say that about now.

The amount of people I've seen today post videos and pics of their kids opening mountains of presents, like it's Christmas day. Wtf. Since when was this a thing at easter?! World's gone mad

Adults who think they are special as they crafted something but made it rude. Like doing a crossstitch that says ' fuck' or knitting a willy.

I keep seeing clips of a women who does crochet. She dresses in lots of bright colours/Lucy and Yak type clothes and appears to exclusively crochet jumpers/cardigans that say ' fuck' on every panel or weird looking mutli colour ' boobs' and ' willies'

She comes across as the type of person who thinks they are somehow being subversive and sticking it the system by having a personality, but they just end up looking like a cross between a clown and a giant toddler who has learned how to say rude words.

Her work just looks bad as well. Looks messy and fits badly. Looks of weird gaps and lumps.

Influencers. All of them. Especially the ones who try to act like they are not influencers at all, they are so humble and down to earth and just like us.

Then they make a post where their favourite perfume just happens to be a #gifted lux brand that tcosts £120.

Fuck off and then fuck off some more and keep going.

Sorry to say it and no disrespect meant, but what I really hate is when people quote a post on forums and just add the word "this" in the message instead of a proper reply.
This.

Sorry I couldn't resist 😆 Totally agree, it doesn't add anything to the conversation, and that's what the like reacton is for.

I keep seeing "You win the internet today" under the most inane and unfunny comments. They must be easily amused.

People asking for trades and services for next to nothing.

’Need to fit three new radiators, tried all local trades but to expensive, can any1 do it cheap.’
‘Want a knitted blanket for special occasion but I’m disabled and can’t afford to pay, can someone do it for free.’
’Need brick wall built but only want to pay 100.’

Honesty, you fucking people. Stop scrounging and pay the going rate, FFS.
