Maybe if she does read this thread, it’ll give her an opportunity to reflect on her idiotic weight loss ‘content’ - why does she share her slimming world shit, and then gorge on boxes and boxes of fudge and takeaways and then post in a crop top that she’s lost 4 pounds, it’s more than a stupid message to spread, it’s a dangerous and harmful one, the only way you’d be able to eat that much fudge and that many takeaways (I’ve never seen anyone have so many cheat days) and still loose 4 pounds would be to be in a calorie deficit for the rest of the week. Unless, without looking too deeply into it, her food posts are a decoy for a deeper issue - when I was in my teenage years, I struggled with an ED and would throw food away but leave the packets on the side so my mom and dad believed I’d ate and that there was nothing wrong.
