Love her. The Instagram weight loss community has been so saturated with Slimming World cultish followings with promotion of the most disordered eating, it’s refreshing to see something different.

Although saying that; I looked at one of the accounts (_itsemmaslife) she did a shout out to for something she posted though and wow... that was a disturbing rabbit hole. You forget how vulnerable some people are. The amount of stories this girl does is crazy! Who has the time to watch these?!
