For anyone interested in theatre and musicals.

I did used to go quite regularly as the theatre wasn't that far. I am looking at going again. Is the lion king (I've enjoyed the films) worth paying for? I've got some theatre tokens to spend

We personally love musicals and theater too.

I've bought tickets for Frozen, Shrek, the Prince of Egypt. Our next show will be the phantom of the Opera and we already have tickets for my neighbor Totoro in the summer.

Birdsong looked interesting. Nobody wants to come with me to see back to the future.

The lion king has good reviews. It's on our list to see eventually. Have you seen Hadestown or Hamilton?

I'm looking forward to the Frozen proshot when we eventually get to see that. Samantha Barks is one of my favourite peformers working in mt today.

A while back I really enjoyed watching the Bonnie and Clyde release, it was beautifully put together for home viewing.

I am so glad proshots are becoming more of a thing because so many of us can't get to theatres in person for one reason or another.

Unpopular opinion but I think that The Lion King is overrated. I saw it the other year and didn't think much of it. Back to the Future is amazing! Fabulous! :)

Not quite theatre but just bought tickets for Dita Von Teese ‘Diamonds and Dust’ at the Emerald Theatre near Somerset House. Going on my own though as no one I know is interested 😬 any ideas what I wear to a burlesque show?? dress code is glam, sophisticated and sparkle.

I love going to the theatre to see musicals, and went to see The Lion King when it toured a few years ago. To be honest, I wasn't overly bothered about going to see it, but I went with my daughter and grandsons, and we all absolutely loved it! I'd definitely recommend seeing it, and I'd love to see it again!

I love musicals. Recently went to London to see Back to the future. It was really good. Really enjoyed the acting and the music. The tickets were £19.50, seats were near the back but still had a great view and the seats were roomy with good leg room. I saw Chicago a week later which was good. Liked the new layout of the show with the band on the stage and interacting.

This year I have
That’s what I call a musical
Moulin Rouge
Six
Mamma Mia

I’m booked for 2026 for
Matilda
Here and Now the steps story.

Last year was
Six
Joseph
Book of Mormon
Only fools and horses
&Juliet
Wicked

Saw That’s What I Call a Musical.

Nina Wadia was amazing with Sam Bailey. Really enjoyed it. Although my friend mentioned the infertility storyline felt a bit hard for her.

Currently mid-interval for The Book of Mormon and I'm in absolute stitches and just stick with a massive grin on my face.

I just love how high camp it all is. It's brilliant so far.
