I'm pretty sure he has some sort of allergies going on. I am sort of surprised the doctor hasn't suggested that he be tested but that would cost money and if they really are on horrible insurance I doubt it would cover the drops and God knows they don't have time management or cognitive skills to take him to get the shots on whatever schedule the doctor would put him on. Also, if it was a food allergy that would mess up their eating.

I think the likely scenario is that either one of them has a major health crisis in the next five ten years-I could easily see Dim stroking out or if J5D keeps eating the way she is she'll end up either seeing Dr. Now or in a piano case soon enough-and it sort of crashing the channel. If Jenn is the one to die I see the Bojo family picking up the slack and essentially raising the boys with Dimmy sort of functioning. Would he still have his channel at this point...maybe though I could see him (if he was lucky) maybe occasionally doing a spot for the local news or something. As for her being incapacitated I'd think it mostly would continue as it is now just without her appearing as much and using it as smpathy to get $ when she did appear. If he dies or becomes an invalid J5D will leave him in a heartbeat and probably either find a nice feeder to keep feeding her or miraculously start losing weight. I could see her trying to push the boys off on Dim's relatives or if there's money left over or life insurance money sending them off to school ASAP (only thing I think keeping them from boarding school would be how much money is in her wallet but if she had a new leech or could guilt some of Dim's surviving relatives into paying the tuition she'd totally do it).
