I’ve heard the book has a disappointing/controversial ending so bracing for that (no spoilers please). But maybe the tv show isn’t faithful to the novel.

Was about something else I watched the first episode but I’m a massive wimp.. do I keep going? Or is it really scary. Haha.
It’s thrilling but not bad enough to keep me awake at night, keep going , it’s terrific!

I'm not normally one for supernatural stuff but I have to say The Outsider and Mr Mercedes really hooked me in. I think it's because it's so gritty and disturbing but not overly supernatural like some shows
