I don't see a thread so people probably don't watch them, I have on and off over the years but I just came across a video where Amanda is saying Liam has gone away and they'll visit him soon and do scheduled calls. Seemed quite formal for a child the ways she was talking.

I may have missed something but does anyone know what happened??? I know their super religious so I'm hoping it's nothing to do with the church!

I used to watch them occassionally but hated the fake perfect life BS, Stephen's very fake continual smile, and the way that they treated Lincoln like a baby.

My guess is that he is either in some type of mental health facility, or he is in some kind of youth justice facility. I do think that whatever happened should have been the point that they stopped vlogging - one day he is going to view all of their vlogs with him not in them of their 'perfect' happy family life. That would screw with his head surely?

Just had a look on their Facebook. Not everyone wants to smile in a photo, but very weird head up pose instead of looking straight on? Also is that a gang type thing that he is going with his hand/ fingers in one pic? The older boy sems to have done really well as he's about to go into the navy, but the whole white saviour thing 'saving' two kids from their lives in Ethiopia always had the potential to go really badly.

Stopped watching them years ago so didn’t even notice Liam wasn’t in their videos anymore.
It is very strange. He always seemed to be the most quietest one out of the kids.

Not sure if his hand signs are gang signs but the way he stands and how his head is angled, looks to be like he is a little troubled. He looks like a different kid!

The way they are talking makes me think the issue is Liam is having issue with his faith. “That he would find wisdom and step into his true identity as a child of God who has everything he could ever need and more in Christ. That he would know he is fully known and fully loved by his family and the Lord and that that knowledge would empower him to be healthy, happy, and whole as he matures into a man.”
