They have finally moved into their house, saying how they are going to be living in a building site when the majority of the hard work has been done by a team of builders whilst they have been living in the rented house. I'd be ashamed to have a renovation page when someone else has done all the work and you haven't even lived there whilst it was happening.

Hannah thanking everyone for watching their channel and enabling them to buy their lovely little home.....THAT COST NEARLY ONE MILLION POUNDS!!!! ( price of house, taxes/fees/Reno costs/ renting whilst renovating)

I am really keen to hear other people’s views on this.

I have been watching the Michalaks since the beginning although since their move to Bath I have watched a lot less. I personally enjoyed the simple London videos more.

At the very beginning I didn’t think Hannah liked Stef very much, 🤣 it was clear he had a bit of £, he whisked her away somewhere like the Bahamas before they’d even been dating a year and I think he promised her he’d be a millionaire in no time with his genius idea wantfeed... just the holiday would have reeled me in 🤣

Their relationship (to me) has never felt equal. Defo a superior / inferior thing going on. He has always been there editing all her videos and taking the photos for blogs, so they’re instaworthy etc for hours on end. Driving her into London on the Vespa and him always taking her make-up bags down the post office for her.

In more recent videos he’s made a few comments putting himself down and made dark jokes about her leaving him, I feel like deep down he has insecurities about this and I can really see that coming through on camera. It’s a bit awkward - like if they were friends of mine and I was sat across from them I think it would be really cringe. She’s sometimes quite rude to him and hardly ever shows him affection, when she does it feels forced and for the camera and not sincere at all, in my opinion. She talks over him and literally, everything she says, like on an outro - he hangs on every word and always agrees. Come on mate!

I don’t even think he truly wanted to move to Bath (where she went to uni) but he just has her on a huge pedestal and would do anything for her - it annoys me.

I think here lies the classic case of a beautiful face will get you everywhere in this life. (Am I bitterly envious? Probably, yes!) it will get you a man with money who will make his life around your YouTube channel! (Although big kudos to him for his amazing film making, credit where it’s due he makes beautiful videos.)

Just really interested to hear other people’s thoughts!?

Individually they are both pretty screwed up people. Both have their own mental health issues - anxiety, PMT, depression, unhealthy relationships with alcohol. They have both had some pretty hard childhoods and early adulthoods. I expect Stef wanted to save Hannah and Hannah wanted to be saved but I think they end up just feeding each others negativity. If they had met today I doubt they would be attracted to each other.

I think Hannah is quite happy to live the vlogger mum life whilst Stef must wonder what he has become. He has real filmmaking talents but after you have watched a few of the vlogs it becomes so samey and ends up just an ego trip for Stef whilst I think Hannah would be more than happy to do the what is in my makeup bag, haul 'hi guys' style videos whilst Stef wants to spend endless hours on getting the right shot for most people to only comment about Hannah's lipstick.

They will stick together because they are co-dependent on each other but I am convinced they aren't happy or good for each other.

I can't stand Stef. To me, he actually comes across as controlling and at times even condescending. However, I will disagree with the pretty face getting everything analogy. A pretty face can only take you so far in life and not necessarily land one all the riches, kindness and love in the world.
To me, their relationship is more of Stef being insecure and having a big ego to balance it out. Hannah being insecure and allowing Stef's ego to run the show. As a result they are a hot mess but quiet a good fit for eachother.

I dip in and out of their channel i dont know what to think.
I wondered why they moved to bath dident realise hannah went to uni there.
She said she grew up devon so probably liked south west.
I would have said Bristol a better fit for steff far more hipsters and people posing in vespas.
To have 3month renovating project paying rent and mortgage must cost a fortune.
Doubtful that house was cheap either.
They seemed more relatable in their London flat.
So they both suffer from depression issues.
Hannah said she lost her mum.
How exactly did steff have a hard childhood from what I seen when he went back home his mum seems lovely and life in south east quite affluent do his family have money?
As wondered when they advertised the post office mortgage if thats what they had.
Did he have a previous well paid job in London.
He seems a very talented film maker/ photographer but very indulgent.
I don't get all these car ads mostly landrovers and 4 by 4 as surely only a small percentage of followers could afforr to run and buy these cars. I also wonder how he parks it in bath.
Hes often in a park overlooking city.
Anyone know what park it is as i dont think its royal Victoria.
Hannah seems pretty and hands on.
They both are quite hands on parents.
I find it odd when he gets his older son to narrate.
He does have element of peter pan about him as he acts much younger.
Also bit of champagne socialist.
I dont understands how they so wealthy and why brands love them so much they are very ad heavy.
Clarke's gifting them school shoes makes me want to go startright.
I dobt understand business direction they going in.
Clearly he loves her a lot.
They seem be selling unachievable dream for many families.
They also example of money has not made them happier.

I think Hannah seems a bit dim. Definitely not the sharpest tool in the box. I'm not sure how successful she'd be without Stef. She lives a cushy existence and I doubt she could handle working a job outside the home and looking after her kids without her mother in law helping too.

I really wish she'd stop calling her toddler Roofie, just makes me think of awful things when she does.

Def agree with @Pink flamingo on the champagne socialist point.

Watched them for a long time, although it's all a bit samey - I dip in and out occasionally nowadays.

I like Stef (thought part of me wants not to!) but I find Hannah a bit vacuous. I think they're probably happy enough together, what they've got seems to work for them.

I do think though that they're a bit trapped in this vlogging/YT world, Stef has made no bones of the fact that he does not really want to be a YouTuber and wants to be a 'proper' film-maker (and good for him having aspirations, so many of these 'influencers' just want to pout at the camera and soak up freebies). I think Hannah would happily have given up YT several years ago (when she was trying to get pregnant the second time), I don't think she enjoys it very much at all now.

But how they get from where they are now, clearly making a decent living from what they're doing, to what they really want to be doing? I honestly don't know. Now they're on the property ladder, presumably hocked up the to the eyeballs with debt for the renovations, they'll need the money to keep on coming in, so I guess they'll just continue with YT.

They’re so far from relatable now I don’t even watch or look with envy. The latest rug she’s showing off is around £300-500. I wouldn’t even want to spend that much when I know the toddlers will be dropping food on it etc

I quite like both of them, I find Hannah interesting, life hasn’t been easy for her and actually she’s gone for it and made a good life for herself.

I do think ‘still waters run deep’ and potentially there are marriage issues / money worries given the new house, but I respect them not to be warts and all on social media.

Hannah... interesting??? Sorry, but she's far too dense to be interesting. Nothing going on between her ears at all. Doesn't seem to have an opinion on anything. Yes, I agree life hasn't been easy for her, but still doesn't make her interesting... to me, anyway. Everyone's different.

It’s easy for her to promote healthy lifestyle and working out when she spends her entire day being at home while other working people spend at least 8 hours at work and loose another hour in traffic. I would need to sacrifice something to make the time for a workout, either not to spend an hour with my child or to skip cooking dinner. I mean come on, sell this story to someone else, I’m so sick of these pinteresty instagramable lifes we are being bombarded with.

I thought that I’d like what they’d do with a house of their own, but I really don’t.

They don’t mention any friends or anything now either, their lifestyle all seems a bit lonely
