Couldn't see a thread for this so thought id start one for coming across problems or wanting advice with cooking
My problem seems to be I can't make chicken Kiev like the shops I know I won't get it to that standard but no matter how I cut the chicken an stuff it, all the butter just runs out it an am left with it being dry in the middle, I've tried cutting the chicken an then putting it together with cocktail sticks, an tonight I tried flattening the chicken then putting in my filling an rolling it an then cooking it tight in tin foil but nothing seems to work
Is there a way to do this or am I only going get it like that with the shop ones
