I had my lips done a few times with cc always lastS about a year I’m booked in for this month . They’ve always looked natural and I’ve always been really happy with them . They are very expensive but I would never let a beautician near my face 🥴 x

I've followed CC for years!! Always thought their work looked amazing and so natural!! was shocked when i saw a filtered video of the owner she looked like a blow up s*x doll! Interesting to hear peoples experiences on here. I feel CC might have some skeletons in their closets that they don't want to get out. Won't be surprised if they find this page and make a fake account harassing people like they've done of previous forums if you do a bit of digging :coffee::coffee::coffee:
You’re right. Lots of skeletons. The big one is that Ffyona the owner was caught out a few years ago injecting people telling them that she was a qualified doctor. She did it for months. She lied to the doctors who worked for her, and to the people she saw. She botched some badly. It only stopped cos someone outed her on a Facebook review.

Would advise checking their credentials. The owner of CC claims to be a doctor but actually has no qualifications. Lots of other doctor/dentist aesthetic practitioners that are far better than them.
Again check their qualifications. Just because someone’s a doctor doesn’t mean they’re good at filler. I also wouldn’t recommend going to somewhere that edits their before and after pictures (CC).

Don’t you ever wonder why there are no reviews of this place on google or Facebook? And why it’s only ever good things on there Insta? Read Trustpilot or pissedconsumer for the real story. They block anyone who calls them out on Insta. All the good doctors have left now. They slag off beauticians even tho Ffyona lied and ruined peoples faces.

If you google Ffiona Robinson or McKeating thinking you're researching an esteemed clinical lead, you get stories from tabloids and magazines about affairs with a footballer, fighting off burglers in her underwear and details of her c-section!

It's all a bit, well, 'media-whoreish' really... 😕

You are in the minority. Lots of unhappy people have been “treated”’by them despite what their Instagram will have you believe!

Nah nobody is saying that you should let a beautician near your face, but there ARE plenty of good medics out there who will give a realistic and honest explanation about what they do for a price that isn’t a total rip-off.

I loved CC for two doctors. The rest were snooty. So I tracked the doctors I loved and now I see them. I have to travel far but it’s worth it. Remember CC is similar to treatwell they have doctors working for them. If you are happy stick with them. Honestly it’s not easy to find a good doctor who specialises in filler to make you look natural.

Love the gossip though. It’s funny how she acts like such a know it all. These doctors only work with here for a while and then they are gone. That’s saying something really. She’s either taking a huge cut or they all don’t like working for CC. Even Dr Melissa left which I’m surprised.

This is correct. I remember seeing on Dr Natalie’s personal insta a passive aggressive post about how the money you earn should be yours and not for someone else’s greed - she works for herself now so I presume it was to do with CC. I know a lot of medics and for bulk buying fillers, it’s not even £100 a syringe. So big big mark up.

Dr James is amazing, the only dr currently there (in England anyway). I had a dentist the time after and she rushed me through it, didn’t even show me the products or tell me how much she was putting in each zone. Dr James was super patient, explained everything, talked through my expectations etc. I didn’t receive any of that with the others, just said I wanted 1ml and they were pretty much ready to inject me as soon as I said it.

The rest are dentists and they just disappear off after a while, I imagine they make more money by themselves (plus looking at former CC drs, even in London, they charge much less for 1ml). My issue isn’t necessarily with the actual drs, but more the way it’s run. It just seems a bit shady/uncomfortable.

Either see Dr James only or find one of the old doctors who worked for CC. As remember it’s your face and take a screen shot of Dr James full name when you sign the form. That’s what I always did just in case you can track the doctor you love.

Why would any good doctor or dentist risk there professional reputation by working with someone with no morals who cares only about money and showing it off on Insta? Massive house. First class plane flights. You should be asking that question. A quick search reveals so much about this place. They are in it for the money only. Anyone who doesnt do there research and pays to go to the cc is taking a huge risk. If you complain you get a legal letter threatening you. The forms you fill in and sign have a gagging clause in them. It’s corrupt in every way. People are too scared to do anything. Maybe this site will help people to come out and talk about how Ffyona injected and botched. them.

Would love to hear from someone who actually got injected by Ffyona, so far it’s just hearsay. If those people came forward it would sure be embarrassing for her, given the stink she makes about unqualified beautician injectors on social media!!

Queen Ffyona sold a ‘kiss and tell’ story back in 2005, google ‘Neil razor ruddock and ffyona robinson’ and you’ll find it. Oh hasn’t she gone up in the world......

I am so glad I've come across this!! I haven't got to the stage of booking an appointment with them (as I still have to wade through the masses of info they send out when you enquire) but I was all set.

I know everyone says to do your research but I really feel I have and I can't find a decent clinic. Ones that have been recommended just don't seem much good to me. I know to not go to a beautician and so on but anyone know how to actually find a reliable place in real life? thanks

Find a few in your area you'd be willing to travel to, then browse their websites/social media for the injectors' credentials. Continue to follow the ones you're happy with and if you see examples of work you don't like or anything that's a red flag to you, then unfollow them. Hopefully this will narrow it down. Then have a consultation (they don't all charge like the CC do!) and from this you should know who you want.

Hope that's some help, it's how I did it anyway 🙂

I’d look for Dr led clinic and one that doesn’t gift influencers and z listers free treatments to get exposure! So many clinics on Instagram do this, but if their work was good they’d become well known through word of mouth, not gifting someone off Love island free lips.

There’s actually a Dr led clinic about 5 mins walk away but they don’t post pics post treatment 🙁
Thanks for your advice x

Look on Save Face, a medic run site that shows all practitioners that are accredited, have had their credentials checked and verified. You can search via city etc, then have a look at their work and reviews across various sites. Funnily enough, I’m pretty sure The CC were preaching about them and that’s where I first heard about them. They’re no longer part of it because if you search for them on the site nothing comes up. Wondering if they got removed or not because it makes no sense to leave and the membership costs are nothing compared to how much profit they’re apparently turning 👀

Also this thread is on the first page of results when you Google them, so I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s seen it. I’ve noticed there’s been a slight change in the angle of photos in before and afters to make them look slightly more accurate (but still not realistic in my opinion). I would recommend anyone who hasn’t had a great experience with the practice or with the Drs also fill out a form regarding it on Save Face.

CC has never been part of Save Face. I contacted them. They have apparently had around 50 complaints from people who have been to CC. Lots of botched treatments. The CC then ignores you and threatens you legally if you push your complaint further. So most just give up. If your looking for a clinic look for real reviews on google, Facebook or Trustpilot. Ignore paid for review sites like Feefo. If you just believe all you see on insta then you are heading for trouble.

Oh that’s good that they’re aware, I’ve heard of many people who wanted to complain to someone other than just on trustpilot etc. but didn’t know where to go. So hopefully they’re building up a bad reputation in the actual medical industry - I feel a lot of drs come and go with CC to minimise reputation damage. The owner is such bad news that either someone else with actual medical and business knowledge should take over, or she needs shutting down completely.
