OMG Just noticed I've become a chatty member.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the Academy for this great honour. I'd also like to thank my parents, my friends and my family for their loving support on this journey. And of course thanks go to fellow tattlers who have helped me rack up 500 messages of outrage, conjecture and sheer speculation based on the outstanding sleuthing skills of some members. Couldn't have done it without you. Thanks for all the laughs

You need to read the past Tattle threads, just the highlights, then you will see what this site is about, and why we are looking at family records. If you just came on to the site, as a fan, to see what the Tattle site is about welcome, but it's best to read and find out what we are about, rather than just randomly putting angry posts on or you will be suspected of being someone from the chateau or a troll.
Most of us are disillusioned Patreons and subscribers to the YouTube channel, disappointed with the way the vlogs changed from renovating a chateau, with some local trips, a few nice costume parties to the revenue being spent on luxury holidays, costume parties and travel in the middle of the pandemic! . Our very likeable chatelaine became a spendaholic, buying overpriced luxury items, neglecting the renovations and repairs, most have not been completed after 2 years. She appeared to flout the Covid rules in France. We are all fed up of this disregard for the safety of others shown by the Lalanders. I had Covid myself. Its horrible. I also attended the funeral of soneone who died from it. 45 years old and fit and healthy. Tragic for the family.

I only watched her latest video because there was activity at the Shitoo. It is ironic that someone stated, "Amaury already worked a full day on the interior shutters..." and yet, here he was with a shovel to work on the pergola. And I thought Dan the Gardener worked hard! When the Shitoo-laine is away, there actually seems to be progress, as she is not interrupting the worker-bees every 5 minutes with her, "Look at ME! Look at me! Oh, were you actually doing something? It's noon and I just woke up in this very bedraggled 100-stars robe! Why did no one bring me a cuppa and a croissant?"

I would of been very upset as a Patreon if I had paid to watch yet another ‘away’ video. I’m glad I ended my Patreon contributions. She was told not so long ago that the Patreons would prefer videos on the Chateau every Wednesday and not her travels. I guess she doesn’t listen.

And then she burst this self created bubble by showing the other participants on this tour, who all probably did pay for themselves. Nothing will keep this cheap hoo in her hidden, she can’t help herself. And no surprise: the reentrance of the failed Bridgerton dress. She did not even try to spark it up a little. Been there, seen that, boooooooring. And while she’s filming the tour guides she can’t help but throw in some wikipedia of her own, pretending she knows more than them. There’s no end to her impudence, is there?

That's the proof that they/she paid the highest price for the tickets.

The "private" (as she put it... as if it was open only for her !!) visit was for the higher tier tickets.

Note that Amaury was at the "ball" but didn't pay the ticket for the "private visit "...

No shame but what a great dose of self-confidence does she have ! Or is it that she even doesn't realise what she's telling her Patrons and her viewers ?

Mind you, she might be right to be so confident : Patrons and viewers seems not to care at all !

Mind boggling.

PS : She forgets (or she doesn't know it !) to say that these private appartments and buildings are open once a year to the public : for the Journée du Patrimoine (Heritage Days) where random citizens can see all these otherwise hidden beauties.

The Journée du Patrimoine happens to be this weekend !

I totally agree (thank you @MojoDublin for the vlog) it is now turned into fan trying at giving some 'culture' to the Patreons - who piled in for some Chateau restorations - not period dramas/history lessons in another Chateau - sheesh - evening all.
