regarding the young woman from Ukraine....

Something has stuck in my head that I can't shake and I can't find on the CD videos I watched last week, before I got angry and stopped.
I could almost swear that on one of those walks through the chateau, where Stephanie stops in the kitchen and talks to everyone and sometimes meets new volunteers that she introduces the camera to, someone said they were from Ukraine. None of you know me, but I have a memory like an elephant (it is my greatest fault! Makes it very difficult to "forgive and forget" when you can never forget, no matter how hard you try!). I am certain that will find this video, but if I can't.........

............the point of this post is to say that it is my opinion that there is no way she has opened her home to a "refugee". She had to have known someone that knew this young woman, or this young woman may have been already que-ed up to volunteer there. What about the Russian volunteer from Cyprus - Maria Sidorova - perhaps she knew this young woman from Ukraine? I just am having trouble believing that this is some random act of goodness to bring in a person who needs refuge from what is happening in her country.

It will be spun that way, of course.

I remember we tattlers did some loose calculation on your lists over advent, and we came up with a crazy enough number. I think we just gave every thing a low average of $20 per item, which is such a low ball for so many of the items. These new figures just stick the nail in it all. It's just obscene.

And think of all the food items they receive and throw away because they don't open the gifts in time. Who knows how much that amounts to. Fanny was receiving Dolce and Gabbana cakes, etc. She has expensive taste on everyone else's dime.

I don't understand Fanny & Co's way of thinking- vice saying firmly NOT to send gifts, they encourage it- YET, they are almost a year behind on opening gifts. It makes no sense at all- the proper and polite thing would be to open the parcels right away (which Nuti already does to retrieve the food goods and candies), take proper notes at who sent what (and her lugging gifts to Mummy, not knowing who they were from and lugging them BACK to the Shitoo was an embarrassment), and IMMEDIATELY send a thoughtful hand-written thank-you note to the sender (as these are actual PEOPLE who have spent a small fortune in postage to ship them to Fanny.) While I suspect some senders have sent her things in hopes of them being featured on the channel, she'd be better served explaining featuring them all is impossible, and most would probably find placation in receiving a handwritten note of gratitude from her. Unfortunately, the GG is not going away- Fanny lacks any proper etiquette (oh vey, even Emily Post could not save this bogan!) In the time it took Fanny to produce and edit her garbage "How to Make a Cuppa" vlog, she could have opened a few boxes and wrote a few thank you notes.

I made a suggestion a few threads ago that we volunteer to each do a early cadeaux vlog to document contents. @LadyAvonlea then shared her work. Imagine the gratitude of the accountants if we can provide an inventory of all the gifts plus estimated value.

My favourite gifts before I stopped watching
- Cambodian (?) dinner plates from some special dinner service
- cases of champagne for Christmas (really early days)
- old service donated by the niece of a woman that survived Titanic sinking and some other drama
- some of the old books have been really interesting
- real vintage clothes and bags ( not the 80s or the click bag!)

Where all of the Chateau Diaries Patreons are treated to yet another diversionary vlog to make them forget that Stephanie Jarvis isn’t going to tell you how she’s spent the over $500,000 that has been donated to help her fix her house. She’s not going to talk about where this money went. She’s going to show you $10,000 worth of wood, or Anne Marie’s super neat and tidy workshop that seems to be the only thing he works on. She won’t talk about the apartments she’s building to try to boost her income after everyone figures her ass out and stops donating. She probably also won’t talk about the hole she dug while draining yet another lake without the proper permission to make a swimming mudhole for Mr. Earth himself, Michael Potts. She will though, throw on her best nightgown and run all over the Shitto interrupting people as they try to work on something. Wheeeeeeeee! bye bye lots and lots of love from LaLande! You make all of this possible!

Indeed. With of the seed packets she had been sent (there were thousands, especially in 2020), the Shitoo should have had quite a garden last summer- one that could more than sustain not just the household, but the B&B- especially with the hire of not one, but TWO gardeners (and Selmar was still there, but it seems he had been ousted.) Fanny was more concerned about what pretty flowers could grow than the actual food stuffs, which the only ones I recall from last year were mainly a bumper crop of courgette, and a few wild strawberries (which Fanny ate most of). Apparently, Fanny rarely makes treks of any sort to the greenhouse these days, as Kirsty showed her the lettuce that needs to be used, and the other items that KIRSTY planted and are thriving. SMH. Sadly, Fanny's priorities are that of a 5-year old- "making crafts" vice actually having a hands-on approach to the day-to-day operations of the Shitoo, and making it sustainable, especially in these times of rising food prices. She does favour herself as a modern-day Marie Antoinette, albeit, in lieu of cake, "Let them eat tinned beans!"

Seems like every time a seed packet was opened during GAG Her Nibs would comment that they would have to wait until the mummy returned from South Africa. Sounds a convenient excuse to do nothing practical with the garden. After all why spend money on something that doesn’t feed her addiction to luxury goods and adulation?!?

I think one of the reasons she is redoing the Marquis apartment on Chateau DIY is so she can add another redecorated apartment on the Patreon's dime that she can lease out for income. She would have, Isabelle's apartment, Potty's apartment, Gerry's apartment, will finish Nutty's apartment, and the Marquis apartment finished so she can lease them out for big bucks for her and her 2 ghost partners in grifting, Nic and Potts. I think that is why she is so hot to install a pool, redo the tennis court, and do all the gardens and landscaping so it looks good on the outside and people will want to rent the apartments out but not stay too long to realize what a dangerous tit hole it actually is. I think that is also why she wants the woods cleared finally of all the overgrowth and dead trees and trails established. She wants to restore the pond and do the facade to complete the look. It is typical Fanny, all form and no substance.

Remember she leased out an apartment when she had a dangerous electrical fire at the Shittoo. She has never replaced or fixed the electrical issues at the Shittoo and then continued to lease the apartments in a dangerous condition She was too lazy to leave Venice on vacation (because she wanted to show off a new crown she purchased with her last few hundred pounds of cash) to come back to the Shittoo after the"devastating" fire.

Fanny just wants to make sure that they get the new renovations done that will generate big money for her and her cohorts, Nic and Potts, so when the grifting stops, she can finance her travels and lifestyle with the apartment cash.

How does auto insurance work in France? In the US, if the title holder loans her car to another person and that person is not insured to drive that car or any other and is involved in an accident, the title owner can be held responsible.

The irony is (and Fanny knows it), Mummy is not planning on ever returning, so that is a moot point. Seeds have a shelf-life, especially if they are not stored properly. Fanny is not the brightest crayon in the box- right now, she's planting a Chanel caviar bag in the garden, hoping more will just magically grow.

Although Fanny claimed to have never received a birthday present (please refer to Rule No. 1 for Stephanfraudie), Daddy purchased silver tea sets, bedroom suites of furniture, chandeliers, a grand piano, rugs, china, a grand piano, etc. for Fanny and gave her in excess of a million dollars in early inheritance money to buy and work on the Shittoo and travel, etc. at the age of 29 years old. Stephanfraudie claimed that her love language was "receiving gifts" in an early Chateau Diaries video.

Stephanfraudie has now received and opened a minimum of 3,486 presents (83 videos x 42 presents per video) in the past 24 months. And has a backlog of 8 months (16 videos x 42 presents) which is 672 more presents to open on video. I know some of the presents are for of Crazy Nutty or the Porcelain Fondler, etc. but I included the entire amount as Fanny's because she has many presents to open behind the scenes that don't make it on camera or are thrown away and other presents received prior to the Unwrapped video series.

So, just from the start of the Chateau Unwrapped through the remaining 8 months of video gift grab diaries to film, Stephanfraudie would have received and open 4,158 presents on video. I think her love tank is full now. Stephanfraudie is Stephangreedy.
