Is there notna thread for either show yet?!

I've watched the first three episodes of Gen V, the spin-off from The Boys, and it's great!
A little more teen-aimed than The Boys (hello, CW Network/Buffy vibes) but it's good so far!

Fancy seeing you here! 👀 I love The Boys (just not the crappy comics) and I’m giving Gen V a go too. Wasn’t too keen until halfway through the first episode and I’m really enjoying it now (not all the dicks though haha).

Helloooo!

i was worried Gen-V would be a lightweight version as it is supposedly aimed at a slightly different audience but nope! Haha. Loving it so far!

PS I have the comics and I'm glad the show(s) have veered off and improved things!

I thought I’d be way too old to “get” Gen V but thankfully I’m not there yet!
Yeah the comics are atrocious aren’t they! Not sure if you’re into Invincible but they manage to have great comics and a great show!

Yes! We have the big three-volume compendiums of Invincible and can't wait for the new series this year!

Beetle.

We just watched the last episode of the last series in preparation for starting the new episodes tonight. The actor who plays Homelander is so good. I don’t think of him as Lucas Hood from Banshee at all. Two completely different characters. Really hoping the latest series will be as good as the others.
