Our house is fully insulated….previous owner….and gets really hot in summer.
Quite a few houses nearby have installed AC.
But it’s a good selling point if stated correctly.

We recently did a loft conversion and put AC in as we know it's going to get hot in the summer. There's see definitely a market there but just not sure how big it is.

There's just something about Anisa I don't like, she seems a bit snide or something? Even tonight rolling her eyes in the boardroom when Dean was chatting about his wife and kids and telling chisola to dry her tears on her cape... Kinda low-key cu next Tuesday behaviour, just doesn't sit right with me at all.

She'll more than likely be the winner though.

I know what you mean. She seems to be a little bit spoilt, she only worked for one year in the corporate world after graduating university and then launches her dark kitchen from her Dad’s restaurant. Possibly didn’t exactly struggle to get that set up and have a load of set up costs.
I presume she worked hard to get her grades but she’s academically bright to get them so maybe not grafted to get where she is in the same way someone else setting up on their own might have had to.

obviously I have a no idea about her life and she may have faced a lots more struggles but that’s all the programme has given us to go off
