I enjoy big(ger) arenas coz I love seeing the sheer amount of people all singing the same song. The scale of people gives me a thrill. But it may well lose something in a big arena.
Agree 2019 was my favourite set from what I’ve seen. I enjoy the house but once you’ve seen it once, it’s no longer that interesting.

I find it sooo hard to choose my fave visuals.
The iliwys tour visuals have a special place in my heart because it’s my fave era, though I think the best visuals were when they toured right at the start of 2020 and we got stuff like The Birthday Party etc.
I do like ATVB and the house a lot though. I really enjoyed the whole performance aspect of it and I think it’s probably up there as one of, if not my favourite show - I can’t wait to see how they conclude it in SATVB

did we get the lost my head performance In 2019? I’m sure it was lost my head… it was black and white and part of the stage rose up and made it look like matty was inside the box? That was brilliant. Not one of my favourite songs but such a great performance.
What I do like about the ATVB is how John, Jamie, polly, etc are featured a lot more. I’m not sure how I felt about the jaiy twins. I liked them for a few songs but not enough for a whole tour.
I’m excited to see the setlist after their show this week to see how much has changed (if anything)
Same, I have such fond memories of that tour - I think I went to see them 4 times during that era. The Parklife 2017 performance is one of the best shows I've ever been to
They played lostmyhead on the 2020 tour!
I LOVED the reading performance this year because of how stripped back the staging was!4 shows at o2 is really insane when you think about it! They’ve come a long way.
How is everyone feeling about the return of the house set for the tour? I was hoping they would scrap it tbh, I think it detracts from the music and they don’t need the theatrics, although I understand that they’re trying to think outside the box (lol).

Yeah they did, but I couldn’t remember if it was on the 2019 one or not. I remember thinking how great that one was.

My blood records vinyl came today, I think it’s my favourite looking vinyl ever by the 1975! It just looks so clean and sleek. Has anyone played theirs yet? Blood records do have a bit of a reputation for bad quality pressings, I found the sleeves weren‘t great, so much static I struggled to get my vinyl out

We got ours out and then put them in clear sleeves as was hard to get out too. We are not gonna play ours just adding it to the collection.
Still at their very best has it’s first show in Atlanta tonight. Excited to see the setlist and if there are any changes. Seems like it’s a festival show though so might not be the full experience
