I think that's why she's chopped her mop off in order to make it easier. Have they been out in the van for ages now ?
On and off. The Scottish trip is/was about a month I think?
From something she said they seem have been living on junk food and ready meals. I presume they wash, but she hasn't mentioned washing clothes or launderettes or anything like that. They both look a bit rough don't they.

Ooh in what way? I saw that there was a new video but haven't watched it yet.
Ellie’s dad can’t afford the mortgage but he said there’s a place he will rent Ellie aslong as Wilko doesn’t live there. Seems fair to me. I’m sure there’s so much we don’t hear

Ah thanks. I watched a bit of it but didn't see that bit.
Her dad must be concerned. Wilko said they sleep all day and stay up all night - hardly healthy for a young woman, in that she won't be able to look for work or socialise, and having that lifestyle with her mother is just normalising it.

Wilkes has known for years that when Ellie turned 18 she would no longer get rent free housing. I'm not sure why she thinks she's entitled to it after all these years. I think far more goes on than we know when it comes to Ellie and her health problems and I should imagine her Dad is privvy to all of it.

I didn't understand that Wilkes says that she pays for everything in the house and Ellie has no income. Now surely if her mental health was that severe she would be able to claim some benefits as she wouldn't be unable to work? And what does Wilkes live off? Benefits?

She worked for a lot of Ellie’s life while living rent free and had that big payout. If she’d been sMary, she could have had a pretty decent deposit for a house years ago. But I wonder if she thought she could play it so she’d never have to move out.

I think her and Ellie presumed that when Ellie turned 18 her Dad would give her the house (like Wilkes said in the vlog).
I absolutely agree with you that Wilkes had been on a good wage before coming out of the police service and then with the large payout, she could of easily sorted something out for herself.
Has she come back to vlogging now cos she needs handouts again from her viewers?

Also I've been wondering if she still has the birds, and if she does, what happens to them when she goes on her 'road trips', like when she went to Scotland for weeks.

She probably thought with Ellie's well documented (by her) struggles, the dad would just let them stay on.
Her comment about him thinking Wilko exaggerates or causes Ellie's problems must have truth in it. I bet he has offered help for her and it has been rejected, like the time he wanted her to go to that private school where his daughter was a teacher.
He sees or hears about them both just loafing around the house doing nothing. Fine for Wilko who has retired, but Ellie is a young woman and he's probably concerned about this especially when Wilko was talking about the drink and drugs earlier.

I don't understand why she would've allowed him to have so much control in her life. If I had an ex I disliked as much as Wilkes dislikes Ellies dad I would find as much autonomy as possible, I would never have been living with that setup knowing the rug could be pulled at any moment.
She is foolish.
