Yeah I think it was to dig at Jo - at that point she was really laser focused on her life with Javi and was even irritated that Jo bothered to move to Delaware in order to be closer to Isaac. I think she wanted to pick at anything he did and saw him as beneath her. Jo definitely was a dick to her in the beginning but at that point he was just trying his best to be present and she was having none of it.
Speaking of parents who were dicks but then redeemed themselves, I’ve been watching that girl on TT who does the timelines of the girls - I might have to rewatch TMOG because I completely forgot how bad Gary was! I remembered him being a bit of a wind up but he was actually such a prick!

I’ve given her the side eye for a while, she loves men of colour but has said a few questionable things in the past relating to race.
Hasn't every single one of her partners been a POC?
Seems strange to regard being perceived as being a member of an ethnicity as a negative when she deliberately chooses these men and has to know her children will share their ethnicity.
I have met a few white women who have mixed race children and have said extremely prejudiced stuff against black people. It’s fascinating. They fetishise these men but then have backwards opinions about their culture.
Also Chey had a baby with a mixed race man and has said some racist stuff about them in the past
Omg I was watching the episode of where she was showing Gary with Amber when Kristina was pregnant, he said he didn’t even want the baby and never say never to a relationship with Amber because he doesn’t know how him and Kristina will turn out
