So quick I wrote “sixth” thread , it’s the seventh
He really has no life outside of TRH, and obsessing over it. JS, BC etc all carry on with their lives, get exposure on main stream channels, spend time with family making memories,. He sits and trawls social media 24/7, tracing negative reviews, creating fake profiles to spy on other fitness pages, posting anonymous posts on his page to blow smoke up his own arse, deleting Facebook comments that call in to question his plan. Its a sad, sad life

Funny how when an anonymous poster posts he literally replies 1 minutes later, sometimes the reply, when written, is massively long yet he managed to type it and post it wirh 50 secs. Absolute bellend. If you're going to do fake posts at least make it look believable

He likes to post about women and periods. What would he know. He isn’t a doctor or nutritionist he qualified as a PT in 2016 and didn’t even do that for long. Rachael was his first ‘project’. He studied at the university of google.

Interestingly I have found a legal clause ‘right to rewind’ that seems to cover digital content that has been downloaded giving consumers 90 days from the point of contract:

anyone have any thoughts on this? I think that he’s blindsided everyone with the waiving if the 14 day cooling off period when there is another consumer law in place.
Cast your eye over this and please let me have your opinion on this as it would be good to get the word out to dissatisfied customers

Screenshots of TeamRH WhatsApp staff messages revealing disturbing content indicative of racism, misogyny and fat shaming, also violence towards members eg wanting to punch a member in the bleep. A TeamRH spy joined the thread in an attempt to vindicate another ex member of staff Natalie, this was quickly dismissed.
Richie went on a Facebook rant starting off saying information had been shared (later admitting 70% of which was incorrect) and he felt there was a need to apologise, followed by ‘to absolutely bleeping no one’ and went on to defend the abhorrent and misogynistic behaviour of himself and staff. He didn’t share this thread or tell anyone where they could find the information so they could decide for themselves.
Absence of Mrs RH has been a cause for concern and she hasn’t been seen in the FB group or anywhere else for some time. RH removed his relationship status from Facebook.
A seemingly fake FB post from an anonymous group member raised suspicion on the official members page. From a female with a husband not 100% supporting her meal choices or journey, but nothing majorly concerning. This was followed up by a reply from RH telling her to leave her husband and that he is toxic, contact RELATE.. etc. all in all a massive overreact given the context shared. The posts weee screenshotted and shared in thread 6. They soon were removed from Facebook.
