The picture Matty posted is full of The 1975 "lore" and he once wore a 1989 tshirt on stage so I assume it's to do with that, not that he's on the album.Apparently there is a track list for 1989 TV on wiki - I haven’t looked as kinda don’t want to find out by a “leak’

That must have been an amazing dinner. I'm not huge on Greta (think she's overrated, soz) but Laura Dern is amazing. Wonder if it's related to the movie Taylor's supposed to be writing and directing or the show she's supposed to be developing or if it was just a hangout.
Also, I find it funny how she's getting papped all the time now. I'm sure she used to meet with her A-List buds all the time while with Joe but she wasn't papped. Guess he was the one with the pap ban.
Yeah I find it really odd like she still could have been papped with friends even if Joe didn't want to be papped with her. Unless she didn't see friends as much or she's just wanting to be seen more now she's in single gal era. I would be suprised if Joe was like you're not allowed to be papped at all ever and she would go along with it.

This is off topic but kinda reminded me of here because of Taylor not being able to buy her music back/re-recording, but did anyone see Katy Perry sold her catalogue for around 200million? I know that's a lot of money but still thought it would be worth more, and kinda suprised she would want to? Really contrasts with how much Taylor was desperate to own hers. Not a dig at Katy Perry as I am a fan and don't know much about her reasoning for it tbh, if it has been shared anywhere anyway.
To be fair Taylor strikes me as the type that changes and bends over backwards for someone she really loves/likes, so if Joe spoke about how much he hated the paps I can imagine Taylor being like “OH I HATE THEM TOO” even if she didn’t really care about being papped just to make her have something else in common with him.
I do get the vibe that Joe refused the pap shots unless there was something to promote because - hey that’s showbiz! I remember a pap walk on Miss Americana release day lol. What is interesting is the pics aren’t taken by Backgrid which is the most common agency for planed pap shots. Is she calling them herself or is she just going out waaay more?
Hopefully this is true and I’m not making a wrong assumption, but Katy just sings on her records whereas Taylor seems to be a lot more involved in production, instrumentals and of course writing! Forgive my ignorance if this isn’t true.
I saw a tweet saying that the $330m (ish?) that her catalogue sold for didn’t even include Lover, Folklore, Evermore or the biggest money maker Midnights! I wonder what it’s worth now
Yeah this makes sense. I definitely wouldn't expect Katy's would be worth as much as Taylor's, as most of her albums are pretty average except Teenage Dream, and she doesn't have as many albums as Taylor.

The thought of celebs calling the paps makes me cringe

But I guess as you say it's showbiz and all part of the game.Every time I see the phrase “calling the paps” I really do imagine Taylor calling Mr/Mrs Daily Mail herself haha! It’s very cringe I agree. People like Beyoncé for example, she’s hardly ever seen by the paparazzi and if she is she’s normally getting off a plane so that’s an easily tracked location. I’m not sure if it’s arrival or leaving actually! But as the above poster said, surely before now she hasn’t just not gone to restaurants so why are the tips from fellow diners only coming now? Logically I think it adds up that her team are the ones tipping them off. Plus maybe she still wants to be seen during her tour break
