Optomistic title I know - I am often on the cost of living thread worrying but I thought I would start a thread to see if anyone has any good recommendations for finance or economics bloggers. I don't mind if they are realistic as my personal view is that we are already in a recession but I want to think about how best I can survive/save/plod on but also make savings and ideally be able to retire before state pension age.
Being debt free and financially stable is the dream for many, but being more financially independent and able to weather big storms like what's happening now is the goal I think, as it's stressing everyone out.
I'd like a big duck it fund one day just so I can do what I want and not feel the stress of whatever is getting me down - work, relationships etc. Also a benefit of being wealthy is not to show off but to be able to help out others more.
Would anyone be interested in sharing bloggers/you tubers or personal tips?
Bonus points for any of the tips that show up in "influencers" videos proving yet again they read as much as we do!!
