Style after weight loss

Does anyone have any tips for styling/wardrobe after weight loss? I have lost several stone over 18 months and I struggle to know what suits me, my self-image is still overweight. I am a hourglass shape and in my 40s. I have an office job. I had loads of 'skinny' clothes in storage but they seem dated or too young for me now

Have been trying bits off Vinted and trying to keep to a muted palette and avoid patterns so things match better. I hate heels, and avoid anything low cut or short. I want chic over 'fun'. More Reiss/Reformation/Whistles/& Other stories.

I struggle every morning to feel good, although I feel better about my body, I want to enjoy clothes again!

Any influencers/instagrammers you would recommend ? Has anyone tried a stylist or personal shopper? Are capsule wardrobes better?

Hello. I am also losing weight and trying to reinvent my style. The stores you mentioned will have great options - I’ve found M&S and Mango to also have some really good quality basics and office inspiration. Neutral tones, stripes and wrap dresses are my go to to feel a little put together. I’ve also invested in some nice accessories which pull the looks together. Laura Byrnes on Insta has some really chic and affordable outfit ideas. Good luck!

Does anyone have suggestions for good support underwear? My problem is loose skin causing a pouch in the FUPA area ( post multiple prgnancy/weight loss) Any I have tried seem to be holding in my waist/tummy area - which is not my problem area.

These knickers are excellent..

They are not shape wear or support, but a really thick firm cotton, with a firm stretch and they really hold every in and support everywhere.

Plus nice and breathable, not like support undies
