Can anyone recommend any products to remove or at least to lessen the appearance of stretch marks on my stomach after having a baby. I didn't have a single SM until I was 38 weeks pregnant and they literally appeared over night! Im not hugely bothered by them at the moment because I am too sleep deprived to care but whenever I see them in the mirror I feel quite upset about the prospect of wearing a bikini on holiday etc. Any tips would be amazing thanks

If they’re still red get a good scrub it helps the skin regenerate - try the mamma mio tummy scrub and a good tummy cream. Once they’re white it’s harder to fade them. Micro-needling is supposed to work well to fade them as well but I’ve never tried it

You can’t remove stretch marks, they are tears deep within the layers of your skin. Over time they will fade out to white/silver but you will always have them. Don’t waste your money or be time trying to make them fade faster. You don’t have to wear a bikini on holiday - you can wear a 1 piece swim suit or longer length tankini tops with separate bottoms.

Thank you! The mamma Mio has good reviews

I also love bio oil!

And I know it‘s all about you feeling good in your body but I just wanted to mentioned that I have never noticed stretch marks on someone else. So don‘t worry about others! x

I know this suggestion won’t be for everyone BUT the sunbed has faded my stretch marks massively.

Same. It's the only time I've ever used sunbeds in my life and I did it specifically for my stretch marks. It was the only thing that ever worked on my big, deep, angry red ones.

I was so upset when mine appeared, like yourself they were late on in pregnancy and I thought I'd got away with it. My children are almost adults now and I've been oblivious to them for years.

As much as it doesn't feel like they'll ever look different now they really do change dramatically for the better over time.

When the weather is nice, get out in the garden in your bikini and embrace them, you'll soon see a difference and you'll gain some confidence getting back in a bikini without it being in front of other holiday makers and hopefully a tan, albeit a British one.
You'll go away and hopefully not care less

I have some stretch marks on my legs, which is fine haha but when I do tan they still appear so white! Any one have any tips to cover them a bit better?

Fake tan? Camouflage make up?
It’s annoying when I do fake tan because if nearly makes them look more white haha but yes never thought of camouflage make up!! I know it’s trivial but it annoys me on the rare occasion I have my legs out
