This is so concerning. A slice of pizza isn't 'naughty' and doesn't have to be earned by doing 2 hours of exercise.
Can you imagine if she had two daughters and wrote this after they did two hours of dance classes. She gets away with it because people don't think about boys having disordered eating but this attitude is equally as worrying and damaging to her sons.

I agree, this is very worrying. Children do not and should not have to “earn” food. Promote making good choices with food, yes, but it is concerning that Abi is actually obsessed with food.
Sure she was disgusted when she put on a bit of weight during lockdown. There is no way she eats what she says she does. Her boys have to earn "naughty" food. SUCH a bad lesson to teach them. This type of language is so put of date, considering she lives like a 50's housewife it's no surprise.
