I love little ring-bound notebooks and always write a shopping list on one.

Which shops have the best stationery selections? The Range is pretty good, they have art stuff, too.

Years ago there used to be a fantastic stationery store in Birmingham, called Midland Educational, several floors of amazing stationery and art supplies. I particularly liked all the tins of crayons (eg Caran D’Ache).

The Range were the only place this year that seemed to have diaries for 2026 ready by autumn.
I really miss Paperchase; Typo used to be great but has gone downhill. Temu is a bit of a lucky dip as to good or bad.
My sister got me a very posh Loungefly notebook last Christmas, but it's so nice I'm scared to write in it. 😆

Ong I hate when this happens my husband doesn't understand but a beautiful cover clean notebook is my favourite thing ever

I love stationary, it makes me feel cosy somehow.

I need to buy a new pen. I'm not into fountain pens so it will be a ballpoint but you can get some lovely ones, I'm hoping there wlil be sale sin the New Year and I can get a good deal on something that would otherwise be a bit extravagant for my budget!
