unpopular opinion and I’m probably going to get the boot for saying this, but:
I dunno, I kind of feel like we shouldn’t snark on Madis family. They’ve unwillingly been brought into this life thanks to Smoph. It just feels off. Particularly calling them bogan and lower socio economic. They aren’t influencers, they’re just a loving family who are clearly trying to support their daughters choices..

If you’re a coattail riding fuckwit who gets to August and realises you need to insert yourself in the excitement of grand final day, purchase a ticket through any of the 18 club’s corporate hospitality packages, just expect to pay $3,000 at a minimum.
There’s only 35,000 tickets made available to club members for grand final day. Why would some diehard fan, one of the 17,500 from their club with the eligibility to get a ticket, hand one over to some random idiot who decides 3 days before the game they they want to go? Fuck off.

So she paid 904,000 for that place. 37k in stamp duty, likely another 9k in lawyers, conveyancers, building/pest inspection prior to purchase, and moving costs. So before doing a single piece of renovation is was in for $950,000. It’s a hideous reno but I swear would’ve cost her around 250k.
That house owes her $1,200,000.00 minimum. And it’s listed for $900,000.00 - $990,000.00. Of that sale, advertising costs, commission, staging the property, will all come off the final amount she gets.
