Does anyone follow her?
Classic SW consultant - lost 7 stone, gained most of it back and her Instagram went dead for aaaaages yet she continued to take her classes (I've heard from some of her members that she put between 5-6 stone back on).
She only ever posts her losses but not gains! So every once in a while it's '7 days on plan and I've lost 10lbs type of post'...
Also, posts ancient before and after photos to trick her followers.
