I don’t think they ever really settled in the UK, partly because Covid put a stop to them exploring the rest of Europe but also because their beliefs are so different from the average Brit, for example she talked about struggling to find a church here that they liked and aligned with. I also think I read somewhere that all US military have to be vaccinated and she is anti vax- I think that was what she was alluding to a few weeks back when they said they were struggling with tough choices about their future.

Just came across this account randomly and the usual red flags were present (mention of homeschooling in the bio, Americans who think that London starts and ends at the posh bit of Notting Hill…). Came to Tattle and I’m not surprised in the slightest at what’s on this thread.
There was a mention on the most recent post of them not being sure “how much long they we have left”. Hopefully the US military will send them back to some godforsaken place in the arse end of nowhere in Middle America, where even those basic Instagram filters can’t make it look appealing.

A scroll through followed accounts is just a list of white women, no diversity, all clones of each other. The more I delve in the more disturbing it is.

I did initially, as I thoughther photography tips were useful, she had a charming Hawaiian home and then moved to London as her husband was deployed here.
my doubts came in when I realised she was anti vax, but still followed anyway as I found the expat experience moving to London interesting.
Then I discovered she’s a Trump supporter when I saw her likes for a big pro trump, pro anti vax account. Immediately unfollowed.
shes slowly doing collabs with British companies like Pottery Barn Kids UK and I just feel ick that they may not have done their diligence when looking into who they partner with.

I came across her account when it showed up in my feed and initially it looked interesting but I realised very quickly how staged it is. She must be raking it in in freebies as her husband is in the military and they have loads of kids dressed in what seems down to earth but expensive clothes. There was also pictures of them with a whole line up of Away suitcases which are not cheap. Her account is like many which tries to come across down to earth but isn't really.
More receipts: following and liking this ‘church’ with anti lgbt sentiment. Oh and Santa is cancelled too.
