Self-help books about eating/dieting/wellness etc.

I have a week of holiday coming up somewhere lovely and sunny and would really like to read some good self-help books. There are literally millions out there and I don’t know where to begin.

Have you read a book that changed your attitude to eating/well-being/mental health? What was it? Anything to do with ,mental health, over-eating, confidence, wellness..,,you get the jist :)

I’m 36, 2 kids, married, decent job, bit overweight, and a bit grumpy in general 🤣 Feel like I need a rocket up my ass and to invest in myself a bit I suppose, to take charge of my own mental health and happiness, but no clue where to begin and in my experience a good book can be the best start....

I’m reading 7 Things Resilient People Do Differently by Akash Karia. His exercise for editing strong emotions is really helpful.
