So. The hospital I work at often has famous people visiting the patients. Most I can't even be bothered to talk about as they are just there for the photo opp/I'm too busy working around them to really 'meet' then.
However, many years ago Johnny depps daughter was treated at the hospital for sepsis. She obviously made a full recovery, and Johnny went on to do the pirates films.... Every film he shot in London, he would rock up on the ward without any press or whatever, and ask if he could meet the kids (we are a children's hosp.) he would then go and get in FULL pirates of the Caribbean costume and meet the families and children as captain Jack sparrow. I think most assumed it was a brilliant impersonator tbh, and he never corrected them, just made sure they smiled. He was an angel, and although he's had many issues since, I will always remember him making a difference to some very grateful families.

Not sure this constitutes 'secret' or 'gossip' tbh but thought it interesting - there was a Dispatches programme last night (I think) discussing how much celebrities charge to attend charity events all the while pretending the charity is incredibly close to their hearts (Sting allegedly wanted to charge £1m to open a hospital wing in Newcastle). Apparently Judge Robbie Rinder has been talking about this for years saying how disgraceful it is. He will not take a penny for charity events, not even a taxi fare as he says is it a total honour and privilege to use his position to do good. He will happily go to a hospice at lunch and attend a pony club dinner in the evening for e.g.

My husband was at a meeting yesterday with a newspaper Editor. He told me over breakfast this am that William did have an affair with that Rose woman and the press were told by the Royal PR team not to touch the story. But instead told that Megs and Harry were fair game. Also, Boris did have an affair and did get punched by what’s her name recently. I laughed and told my husband I’d already heard this ages ago on here

i know everyone hates Meghan on here, but honestly, Harry must know that they were thrown to the wolves to protect his older brother and I can’t help but think I’d fuck my family off if they did that too.

Lunch just now in Belgravia, fabulous Joan Collins was there (white cashmere top with white fur hat, black bottoms) two men and young grandson? She had the risotto and wore her gloves throughout (no virus risk for our Joan). Total glam, completely no fuss, no theatrics, no attention seeking regular chit chat at lunch on a Friday. That all stinks! I would rather believe Harry and Wills fell out because Wills told him to think with his head, not his dick. The narc didn’t like that so she started the rumour via her gossip friends.

Meghan has also been known to start false gossip to see where the source is, hence the falling out with Victoria Beckham. The girl is toxic.

Yep, I heard that Wills confided in Harry about a fake affair with Rose knowing he'd tell Migraine... because they suspected that Migraine was leaking family shit to her mates (and thus the press). It started as stuff about the Cambridge kids, their nicknames habits diet etc and Kate got fed up with it so they set H&M up with the false affair story to see where it went and bingo. When Harry found out they'd been bluffed to catch Migraine out he was furious at them and that was a big part of the falling out.
There is no way in hell Kate and William are still jointly socialising closely with someone he's supposedly shagging.
Before they married Migraine was also escorted from the private living quarters of other Royals in Kensington Palace when residents complained she was wandering around taking photos.She was also escorted away from poking around in a car at a polo match, again pre wedding. She's a nosy cow.

My friend and myself were approached by a couple of Scientologists to do the personality test, good looking young men with bright smiles. She wanted to do it 'for a laugh' They didn't get much joy from me but she was hooked. She attended again on her own. Within a few weeks she'd kicked out her husband who they claimed was toxic for her and she'd handed over £10,000 joint savings. She allowed 3 member to live in her house but asked no rent. She worked full time but got another part time job to help her to pay to keep these people in her home. I stopped having nights out with her, after one drink she'd tell me I'd had enough and was inviting the devil.

First post here. I’m loving these threads. I’ve only just halfway through the 5th one (really should have started at number 1, but there you go).

My gossip is lame and probably already well known but Paris Hilton (and possibly the rest of her family - definitely her brother Barron) are massive racists and also homophobic. Google Paris Hilton and Vin Diesel.

Markle&Spencer are apparently announcing a second pregnancy soon.

This is my own inkling but since the thing about Uma Thurman’s crash in Kill Bill 2 for which she blamed Quentin Tarantino, I’ve got a feeling something BIG is going to come out about him very soon. Does anyone have any goss on him?

Also, I know he’s seen as crazy and a bit of a joke but I believe Corey Feldman and his stories of what he and Corey Haim had done to them by paedophiles in Hollywood.

Finally, a nice one I read the other day: Etta James and Marilyn Monroe were really good friends and Etta always said she owed her career to Marilyn. Marilyn used to book restaurants under her own name in America and then used to turn up with Etta and other African American companions. In a time of segregation the restaurants always had a dilemma of whether to sit the entire party at the best table where everyone would see or turn away the biggest star in Hollywood, or at least make them sit in the back. They couldn’t stand to lose the publicity so they always agreed and it was the first time for many of the staff that they had ever served a non-white person. She also promised the hottest nightclub in town she’d bring them all the press and publicity they wanted by taking a seat in the front row every night for a few weeks but only if they allowed Etta to be the headline act to which they agreed. I love Old Hollywood stories like this.

I'm still making my way through thread #5 and someone mentioned Gemma Collins.
I went to school with her and can say she was just as vile in real life, as she is on TV - in fact that's the only genuine thing about her!

She was the stereotype loud mouth, bitchy, bullying mean girl. I believe she's said she grew up poor, "not even having a toaster", but that's BS. Once she was going to a house party, aged about 14 and kicked off at her parents until they let her take a £200 bottle of wine from their wine cellar with her.

Keeping in mind it was the 90s, thats pretty expensive! She was a spoiled brat who made her parent's lives a misery.

TBF, maybe they spent all their money on vintage wines instead of basic kitchen appliances, but her parent's cars and house would suggest otherwise.

Oh and her brother Russell gave my classmate an STD when she was 15

I think neil morrisey is ugly and scruffy looking, I cant understand why she went with him.

He’s hardly ugly and I think he’s actually quite a nice guy.
I remember years ago he was being interviewed on TV (may have been on Piers Morgan Life Stories) and he and his brother had a terrible childhood. They were neglected by their parents and were pretty much feral and ended up in a home.
Once he was famous he owned a bar/restaurant and, when it was no longer viable, he was advised to file for bankruptcy. Neil refused because he said all his investors would never see a penny and he couldn’t do that to them. Instead he took any work he was offered and after many years he repaid everyone he owed money to. That’s the reason he did the voiceover for Bob the Builder.
I thought he was a thoroughly decent man to do that and to not take the easy way out with bankruptcy like so many celebs do.

I don’t mind Meghan. She may be a narc (I doubt it) or a bit of a diva (probs) and maybe not that nice a person but she’s not a child abuser or turning a blind eye to it. There are far scummier people more deserving of the vitriol she receives. I love gossip but with MM it seems to cross a line, gain momentum and take off.

How do you know he NEVER had an affair? I'm not saying he definitely had, but I'm not saying he didn't either. Unless you're (not you personally) an employee of the palace, then no one can claim that they really know.

A friend of my husband's was one of the nicest guys ever, married for 10 years with 3 kids. Always seemed so in love with his wife and vice-versa.
He left her last year for a woman he met in their local supermarket (she worked there) Every single one of us was absolutely shocked when it happened. They would have been the last couple that anyone ever thought would split up and he certainly would have been the last guy that anyone ever even imagined would do that.
The point is no one ever really knows what's going on in someone else's life, and that's as a close friend, not as a member of the public. In this case the poor man's WIFE didn't even have a clue until he announced that he was leaving her.
Poor lady has lost about 3 stone in the last 6 months and she wasn't exactly that heavy to start with.
